„This is a very interesting place. The exterior looks somehow lost in time, but the rooms are totally modern and really well designed. The location is excellent as you can easily walk to the seafront or hike up to the old town and panoramic views. Breakfast was great, too. We will most likely stay here again when we return to Grottomare.“

„Soggiorno eccelente, accoglienza perfetta, cosa dire tutto perfetto, camera, struttura, colazione , da rifare . “

„Struttura molto bella, vista spettacolare, silenzioso. Da migliorare pulizia dei dettagli.“

„We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. „The apartment was new and very clean, with modern facilities and a homely feeling. Great for families with easy access to the pool area, which was very nice with a view.. The hosts were great, very friendly and flexible.“
