The rooms were comfortable and the layout was perfect for our family. David was extremely receptive to all communication and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable and enjoying our time in Canaan. We will definitely be back! *Don’t forget your fishing poles! Our 6yo son caught a huge bass, and two huge trout!“

„A MUST STAY!! The Fox Den is by far one of the best places we have stayed! The attention to detail is amazing! The place seems as if it is brand new! Kitchen has everything you need, bathroom is well stocked and spacious and the beds are so comfy that I am planning on contacting the host for the brand! Loved playing PAC-Man and the outside area is a ton of fun!! We will definitely be staying here next time we are in town to see a show at the Purple Fiddle! “

„Our family of four stayed for two nights and used this as a home base for a skiing at White Grass, tubing at Canaan Valley Resort, and hiking at Blackwater Falls State Park. The home was well-appointed, and the hosts were very welcoming... they live right next door and are available to help if needed. The home is full lovely antique furniture and was very comfortable for us. Love that they are dog friendly!“
