„Nicholas, was an outstanding. Extremely helpful. Well maintained home in a near Area“

„Parking is behind the house. I would not say it is a huge parking lot. It would have been helpful to know the door automatically locks after you close it. Was unsure how to lock it when we first left.“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We enjoyed the nice view. The back yard was a nice area to enjoy our morning coffee and to sit and read in the evenings. The house was very comfortable, and we appreciate that it was dog-friendly. We had a relaxing stay and hope to return.“

„This property is exceptionally clean and updated in every way. Beautifully appointed. The setting is wonderful on beautiful Turkeyfoot Lake. Kayaking on the lake is great as it is a no-wake zone with no high-speed powerboats. Great place if you like to fish. I caught Perch, Catfish, and a huge 5lb Largemouth Bass. Lots of Ospreys, even a nest with young. The Pro Football Hall of Fame is just down the Interstate in Canton if you have a rainy morning. I also enjoyed biking on the Ohio & ...

„Very clean , quite and spacious“

„My family and I stayed here to celebrate my daughter’s 13th birthday, and we had a wonderful time! There was plenty of space for all 15 of us, and the kids absolutely loved it. Their favorite part was definitely the pool and hot tub. honestly, the entire backyard was a hit! I also couldn’t keep them out of the bathrooms because they were so spacious and nice. Overall, the property is a little more worn than it appears in the pictures, but that didn’t stop us from having an amazing time. In fact, ...

„This wonderful house was true to advertised. It was very clean and we had all the amenities we needed. We enjoyed the kayaks, the hot tub, the sun room, and the fire pit. The scenery was beautiful and perfect for our ladies weekend! We also went to Dusty's for a pontoon rental and ordered from Tito's Mexican which was only 5 min away. The host was responsive and available as needed, but truly we didn't need anything while we were there. Would recommend to anyone desiring to stay on the Portage ...

„Great house, beautiful location. Great kayaks. Unfortunately we were there during the wildfire smoke but the water made it nice. Would definitely recommend house and stay there again if in area.“

„Our stay was superb. The only issue we had was that we made bacon in oven and did not have potholders. Loved the extra care in the coffee bar, snacks and things in the bathroom. The beds were very comfortable. Thank you.“

„Such a quaint little home in the heart of Orrville!I was so happy to find this home was available during one of the busiest time of the year for the Canton area. We only needed a place to stay for one evening and this place checked our boxes. The owners were extremely responsive when messaging which is always extremely important. We had zero issues with the house and I have to say, I was very thankful for the coffee and coffee creamer after a very long day. The beds were all comfortable and the ...

„Lovely relaxing house. The dogs loved the back.“

„We had a very enjoyable stay at Builditplace! The LEGO-themed design is very unique, creative, and especially fun for families with children. The neighborhood also felt safe, quiet, and peaceful. We really appreciated the host’s local restaurant recommendations. Uncle Tito’s and Sunrise Social were both excellent choices and made our stay even more enjoyable. A couple of things to keep in mind: the property provides bar soaps but not shower gel or shampoo, so guests may want to bring their own ...

„The property is very nice. The host was amazing. If I had any questions he answered right away. The game room in the basement really helps when traveling with kids. This was our second time renting this house and it won't be the last.“

„Very clean, well appointed, and great location.“

„Cute house with plenty of space! Very close to HOF! We had a great family trip!“

„The host was excellent with communication and guidance throughout our stay. The house was clean and air conditioned. We were able to do laundry and having an iron there was a huge plus (we were there for a wedding and I was able to steam my bridesmaids dress!). We were also able to bring our pup which was a huge benefit. We were about 10 min from Gervasi Vineyards which allowed us to be able to drive back and forth to let the dog out without losing too much wedding time. Overall a great ...

„Great hosts, very communicative. Location was central and convenient for our needs. (Gervasi Winery nearby is REALLY nice, highly recommended.) House was comfortable and had all the amenities we needed/expected. The only note we have is that it’s an older house with creaky stairs - we definitely knew when anyone was going up them or down. (We had one morning person in our party, and the others were night owls, so we noticed.)“

„Very clean and inviting. Out of 4 reclining seats on the 2 sofas only one worked fine, one reclined after a struggle, and the other 2 didn't recline at all. Not a huge deal but it takes away from seating comfort. Bedrooms could use some small dressers for clothes. Maybe some directions for using the TV remote. I had a hard time figuring it out. Never really got the hang of it. Otherwise, a nice place to come back to after a long day out and about. “
