First off, the booking process was incredibly intrusive with face scans and full digital id requirements. Then, when I had booked this stay and needed to cancel immediately, due to selecting the wrong date. I contacted the host immediately explaining the situation and didnt hear anything back for an extended perioid. The response seemed to come from an off shore call centre or something and was very robotic. No, due to policy, no wiggle room, so compassion. I was offered a 50 percent refund. This appears to be owned by a large overseas corporation. Stay away. Look for a place that is owned locally and still has humans running it.
