The apartment had bins filled with rubbish upon arrival. Arrival was a terrible experience as dealing with this vendor is full of problems. Demands were made about the deposit which we paid promptly BUT they refused to provide details on how to access the apartment until their financial systems could finally update. Don’t expect this vendor to be as quick in returning your deposit, however, this takes exactly 7 days because that’s how their financial system works AND they wouldn’t be able to check the apartment until a week later to confirm that we left it clean. I took a video of everything before we left and informed them of that after the 3rd chase up of our deposit which they then told me takes a week to process.
