Wonderful stay

My family absolutely loved our experience at this property. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood, it proved perfect for my family. The home was clean and had an abundance of space. I'd highly recommend.

Villa was perfect for our family! We stayed with 3 children, ages 4, 17, and 19, and there was plenty of space for everyone. We loved the pool and dock outside -enjoyed breakfast at the table on the dock each day and watched boats go by and looked for fish, Easy walk to fabulous cafe for breakfast and lunch, and pharmacy, convenient store, and a couple restaurants also very close by. The only downside was we didn’t have many towels or toilet paper, but we were able to do laundry and purchased toilet paper. Overall, I’d definitely recommend

Great Stay

Quiet, and relaxing community. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very spacious. We traveled with 4 children and everyone had their own space. The house was very clean and had everything we needed. It was also very well equipped with an A/C in each room, so it was a very comfortable stay. The contact person was also very easy to get a hold of when we ran into an issue with the washer. She was quick and helpful.

As advertised

Me and my friends all enjoyed our vacation at Ana's property. This was a very well appointed home with everything you would expect. from the kitchen utensils, the bathrooms with towels and laundry and especially the beds were very comfortable. We didnt watch television so cant speak for that but Wifi worked good, two units one for downstairs and one for upstairs. The pool was also nice, just a few steps from back door. The view from the back deck was excellent with several boats passing daily. I Wouldnt hesitate to stay again.

Perfect for family

The rooms were very spacious. Each room had its own showers. One room with twin beds was perfect for my two boys. The AC units were very cold. In addition, the ferris to isla mujeres was across the street. The bus to Xcaret met us at Aquamarina hotel across our residence. We took the local bus for 12 pesos to downtown bars a 10 minute drive. I would recommend a taxi can back since buses get crowded at night. Overall this rental was a steal.

Wonderful for a family gathering

This is a beautiful, spacious villa in a very quiet location. Perfect for a family gathering. It has three levels which gives each family grouping plenty of privacy plus two family rooms, a dining room, and large kitchen for everyone to gather. (FYI, there are lots of stairs.) The pool is large and shallow, perfect for little children and families. Free parking space right in front of the villa! I recommend that you rent a car to explore the area. Buses also run down the nearby road, but we did not use them because we wanted to use the baby's car seat. There are several restaurants, a pharmacy, and a small convenience store in close walking distance. You do need to cross a busy street to get to the beaches. I recommend to walk 15 minutes to Playa Langosta ("Lobster Beach"); much larger and prettier, and easier to access than the closer Playa Tortuga ("Turtle Beach"). Take shade with you to the beach!

Great retreat in Cancun

This property is faithful to its representation online. It is nestled along a tributary leading out into the ocean. Party vessels pass by daily with lively dancing and music, as vacationers make their way through the finger lakes, making them a cheerful accompaniment. Fortunately they pass quickly, as peace and quiet is the custom. Neighbors are friendly. Parents, kids, pets, singles, intellectuals reading by the pool make the atmosphere perfect for those looking for the comforts of home. The house is relatively well equipped and the property manager is friendly and attentive to any needs expressed. Next time we return, we will stay here again. The beds are comfortable, sheets pristine, decorations friendly marine, books, televisions, WiFi (which works vest on the 2nd floor). Each room has a mini-split AC w/remote, for comfort. Take fast showers because hot water is scarce, but the showers themselves are clean and comfortable. The view is to the waterfront with vessels nestled side by side, which makes for postcard “Selfies”. There are local iguanas who love eating sweet hibiscus flowers. We feed them daily to the delight of onlookers. The property is 11 mins from town, with a cute little Italian restaurant in walking distance. Decent pizza and pasta. If you’re looking for privacy, tranquility, comfort, only a short way from town, this is an ideal property, priced fairly. Definitely a thumbs up, 5-star rating!

Really nice home!

This house is made for a big family. Very spacious 1st floor with an awesome hammock that I used many mornings. The house is very clean! Air conditioning in all bedrooms and floors which is a must since the weather is really hot! The pool is not a "private" pool but a community pool but still a plus and mostly likely you'll be the only ones using it Lol. Important info for all Americans, it is advised NOT to flush toilet paper but to put your used tissues in the trash cans which is not what we are accustomed to so remember to bring flushable wipes like we did and you'll have no problems (great advice from my spanish co-workers before we went). The communication was mostly with Chely the person we met at check-in. She is awesome! Super fast communication and very caring about any of our issues. Both owner Ana and chely were very helpful during our stay. Electricity went out due to No One's Fault (electric company) but Ana and chely were on it very fast to make sure we got our A/C working same day! BRAVO! SUPREB SERVICE!!! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place if your coming with many people, very quiet and SAFE place! You will have alot of freedom at this house!!! Much Love!

Remarkable/ outstanding/unbelievable

I was blown away on this beautiful home! When you see it online things don’t add up to when you actually walk threw it! It’s a blow in the mind huge! My mouth jaw just hit the floor and I couldn’t stop saying WOW.... everything was remarkable just walking out to the first floor screen door to the patio to the yard and a huge pool was crazy!!! Then you have tons of boaters cruising by and you have jetski’s and people on kayaks just passing by and having fun. Then you walk up to a gazebo where you can relax in the shade to enjoy your own privacy. I felt like I had walked into a dream. We we’re all happy! There’s 3 floors to the inside so everyone had there privacy to where you wanted to hang out at. The master bedroom was fit for a princess which we let our teenage daughter have. My husband hung out in the middle floor relaxing after every day events we did. From the excursions the excursions are a must to do!!! Across the street you can go on a crews to the Isla island that is something we missed out on because we booked everything we could but please GO... make the time we did that last time we went to Cancun. The home is stock with a nice kitchen very spaces the air conditioner kept us cool It was very hot but don’t worry you get use to it. The bedrooms we’re all cozy I decided to sleep in my own room since that never happens at home. This home is big enough for a group of family who want to share the trip with. There’s plenty of sleeping area and I mean it. Bring a group of 10 and do it. It’s way better then a hotel with two beds. You don’t need that all inclusive thing you can cook at home and be a family on a budget there’s a Walmart to buy grocery hop in taxi not far. Also walking distance there’s a mini market for things you need Milk juice fruits eggs just a cute mini market and restaurant along the way. You can take a red bus to the action down by hotels many things to see you can hop on and off where ever you go. There’s a big flea market to buy many Mexican treasures to bring back home. The beaches were beautiful and the color of the ocean will take your breath away. We felt safe on the island. The people on the island are very nice and pleasant. Many things to see. I highly recommend this place it is with the money!!! I will definitely come back to this home again. I was very sad to leave. Please come stay here!!!! You won’t regret it at all. I’m glad I found this. No more all inclusive for me....

Beautiful 3 floor villa with lagoon view !

Well maintained villa with swimming pool and stunning views of the waterfront! Close to restaurants, mini marts and isle mujares ferry with local attractions! Do not miss the tower ride if with kids .. all in walking distance! Amazing hosts and all amenities were provided and catered to all our concerns! Worth a stay for sure!!

Lugar lindo e relaxante

Excelente estadia, tudo funciona, e a vista é incrível. A Administradora do imóvel é ótima, nos ajudou em tudo que precisamos. Ar-condicionados novos e funcinando, tornando nossa estadia muito agradável. O que mais me encantou foi o movimento das embarcações no canal em frente a casa. Vou voltar com certeza.

The best way to experience Cancun

Absolutely amazing experience. Super clean and beautiful. I couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else and actually felt bad for tourists picking a resort experience. Staying at this VRBO was perfect. It’s in the best location in the hotel zone and I cannot wait to come back and visit again. I would recommend this spot to anyone who truly wants to have a mind blowing relaxing vacation
