Der Ausblick war sehr schön, Hotel ist bei der Zone Hotelera. Das Essen war auch gut. Bett war nicht so komfortabel die Räumlichkeiten im Zimmmer waren leicht veraltet (z.B. Balkontüre aufmachen)

Nicht zu empfehlen
Schlechtestes Preis-Leistung Verhältnis ever! Bleibt diesem Hotel fern! Strand: praktisch nicht vorhanden (siehe Foto), sehr schmal und man liegt Ellbogen an Ellbogen. Hotel veraltet: Abdeckungen fallen ab, Fenster schliessen nicht recht etc. Whirlpool in den Club-Zimmern produziert kaum Blasen und verdient den Namen nicht. Personal: immer freundlich, macht aber nur leere Versprechungen und Probleme werden nicht gelöst. Bei mir hat es durch die Decke ins Zimmer geregnet, darum hat sich auch keiner gekümmert. Hygiene: WC‘s in den öffentlichen Bereichen sind schmutzig und eine Zumutung. Covid Regeln werden nicht eingehalten. Personal berührt Essen mit Händen, Gläser an Poolbar werden kurz in SpülWasser getaucht und dem nächsten Gast gereicht. Kellner schütteln Hände mit den Gästen. Im ganzen Hotel ist es sehr laut, die Animation und Musik sind in jeder Ecke des Hotels laut zu hören- dank der schlechten Isolation hat man auch im Zimmer keine Ruhe. Essen: einseitig, schlechte Qualität. Für Vegetarier kaum Angebote. In den Spezialitäten Restaurants ist es ein bisschen besser. Bin Hotels.com sehr dankbar für die Unterstützung in diesem Fall.

La propiedad está bien, observó áreas de oportunidad en los restaurantes, eso de reservar en los diferentes restaurantes es un problema, ya que lo controlan mediante web y la mayoría de las veces no funcionaba y/o. Ya no se podía reservar por los tiempos y varias veces los restaurantes se venían vacíos. Hace pensar que lo Hacen propósito para no tener comenzakes. Esto provoca que el restaurante principal la palapa tenga demasiada afluencia de gente además molesta. Por otro lado entiendo que es un hotel de accionistas extranjeros, no por eso deben tratar mejor a los extranjeros eso es muy notorio, con su personal

No me gustó la comida de el bufett poca variedad, guisos batidos… lo bueno es que si eres vip tienes accesos a un desayuno decente. La limpieza le doy un 6/10 si iban pero no se notaba totalmente, pedimos habitación con tina de hidromasaje y el penúltimo día ya no nos dejaron jabón para usarla, te dejan notas para hacer pedidos, lo hice y nunca la leyeron. Las bebidas en la barra un 7/10… para reservar la cena en uno de los restaurantes tienes que hacerlo a las 8 de la mañana si no no hay cupo. No tienen la Capacidad para todos los huéspedes que alojan… algunos tienen código de vestimenta… vas a la playa a descansar, muy tonto pedir un código a mi ver. Me voy con un 7/10 no fue muy grato x todo lo que pagamos. He estado en estancias más económicas y el servicio excelente. Saludos

Empecemos, el servicio de expedía pésimo, no facturan y no avisan en ningún lugar! El hotel pésimo 1- me preguntaban si festejaba algo y comenté que era el cumpleaños de mi esposa y no hicieron nada diferente o especial a si que no entiendo para que preguntan. 2 les falta mucho mantenimiento y limpieza a las habitaciones, el ruido del aire acondicionado es insoportable, 3 tienen 1 solo restaurante tipo buffet para todo el hotel, por lo cual si quieres entrar a comer o desayunar tendrás que hacer fila mínimo de 30’minutos, la comida siempre es la misma no cambian nada, a si que si estás por más 3 días te vas hartar de comer siempre lo mismo, Tienen restaurantes de comida a la carta, tienes que hacer reservación, que empieza a las 8:00 por medio de una aplicación, pero si no lo haces a las 8:00 en punto olvídate de cenar en alguno de esos, nunca hay disponibilidad. 4- en mi reservación pedí una cuna, no estaba cuando llegué y bajé a pedirla en recepción y llegó prácticamente a las 3 de la mañana! En general mal el restaurante, no regresaría no lo recomendaría y en la vida vuelvo a comprar por esta aplicación.

The property had everything we needed for the kids. The kids paradise area was very nice and the kids enjoyed it. Also the kids club for below 3 was a good break for us, but they only allow 1.45 hrs in the morning and 1 hr in the evening for drop offs. The restaurants were average, the buffet was also an average. There were shops, boutiques and a clinic inside the property. The overall experience was nice, the people were nice, the vibe was great and we had fun.

Nice family oriented resort. Beautiful and clean pools, kids activities and shows at night. Good variety of food. They have multiple restaurants on site but it is virtually impossible to get a reservation at any of them. So buffet it is. Also ridiculous towel policy leading to towel thieves unnecessary anxiety.

Although the experience was great .. the only inconvenience was trying too book reservation for restaurants.. I log in at 8am (as stated) and they were none .. in turn I went directly to the restaurant and check to see if any openings — although it show that it was booked … they were plenty of empty tables to sit .. I think people just booked them to. Booked them and they don’t show up —IMO just go to the restaurant and ask if they are openings — they are willing to help … also the luggage helper Jesus was extremely helpful …

resort was ok. food could have been a bit better, but it got us by. unfortunately, in my opinion the most annoying thing was having to wake up at 8 am to make a reservation for the restaurant of choice. The rooms could have had more to them, but they were manageable for the price we paid.

The adult pool and bartender moises was amazing! The activities were poorly done that the workers didnt know how to play, especially beach volleyball, that experience was awful. I was here in 2018 and now in 2024 and it was much better back then, unless you have kids.

Everything was great except getting a reservation for the restaurants. They have to do better , prior to my trip this was a concern brcause of reviews i read but i thought it may be different when i went but it wasnt. I can say i was lucky enough to book 2 out of 5 restaurants in hotel but that was like winning the lottery .

We had travelled as a large group to this resort for 5 days. The property was overall nice and clean. However, the service was poor. Check in was smooth, but when we had other concerns (our mini-fridge wasn’t refilled with water, no clean towels after room service cleaned up) the front desk was terrible and incompetent- even though we had paid extra for VIP bands. Lastly, I need to mention that the food was terrible. None of us-including the children enjoyed the food. The food quality was poor and not tasty (either too much salt or bland). If you enjoy bland food, good weather and a clean resort- this place is for you.

Beautiful view and property with lot of things to do thats appreciable and food is good. Only thing we do not like is they do not pick calls even its emergency and if they do they dont respond for a day or two but overall good experience a perfect place for couples and families and ocean view is above all👌

This resort is old , dirty and very badly kept. Food in the buffet was so horrible we couldn’t eat not one thing from in there. They told me I can not eat in the restaurants with out reservations and my stay was only for one night due to flight cancellation. So I stayed there for 2 hours and check out. The manager would not help me in anyway. Save your time and $ because this place is disgusting from every angle.
