Gutes Hotel im Zentrum
Nähe Busstation ADO, ruhige Strasse mit guten Bars und Restaurants. Busstation Richtung Hotelzone 5 Min. Fussweg. Sauberkeit super, Service ok, wenn man Spanisch spricht :)

Sehr gutes familiengeführtes Hotel. Super Preisleistungsverhältnis. Saubere Zimmer und Service sehr gut. Gaststätten zum Frühstück und Abendbrot in der Nähe vorhanden. Zentrale Lage im Zentrum von Cancun. Zum Strand in die Hotelzone braucht man aber ein Auto oder fährt mit einem Van ( Collektivo - preiswerte Alternative ). Supermarkt um die Ecke, alles füßläufig zu erreichen. Hotel Empfehlungswert.

Tolles Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis im Zentrum von Cancun
Ich hatte für mich allein eine Suite gebucht. Diese war sehr geräumig und gut ausgestattet: Wohnzimmer mit Couch und Flachbild-TV, Schlafzimmer mit 2 Doppelbetten, Schrank mit Safe und angegliedertem Aufenthaltsraum (Tisch und Stühle), sowie Küche und Bad. Für mexikanische Verhältnisse war alles in sehr gutem Zustand und sauber. Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral - fußläufig sind es ca. 7 min zum Fernbusterminal (ADO), 5 min zum Bus in die Hotelzone (ca. 20 min Fahrt bis Playa Delfines am Ende der Zone) und 5 min zu einem großem Supermarkt. Ein tolles (Frühstücks-)Restaurant gibt es gleich nebenan. Das einzige Manko: das Hotelpersonal spricht nur Spanisch. Mit Händen und Füßen sowie mit der Hilfe meines Freundes, den ich in Cancun besucht habe, konnten Probleme (leere Batterien im Safe) allerdings schnell gelöst werden. Gemessen an dem unschlagbaren Preis von knapp mehr als 30 EUR ist das Hotel wirklich zu empfehlen, wenn man keinen großen Wert auf den Luxus der 5-Sternehotels in der Hotelszone legt und lieber authentisch absteigt.

Appartments fernab der Hotelzone aber doch zentral
Achtung: bei der Buchung unbedingt darauf achten, welches Zimmer man bucht - Standard hat ein Bett und ein Bad, nur die Suite hat eine Küche! Das Problem hatten wir leider bei der Buchung. Vom Personal spricht nur der Chef und eine einzige Rezeptionistin englisch, die anderen nur spanisch... Aufgrund dieser Verständigungsprobleme (die Dame die englisch konnte war nur 1x in der Woche da), sollten wir am Ende über EUR 100,00 drauf zahlen, weil wir in einem teureren Zimmer untergebracht wurden. Wir haben das natürlich nicht bezahlt, niemand warnt uns vor, niemand sagt uns etwas und dann kommt am Ende des Urlaubes die Rechnung? Das war wirklich nicht ok. Zum Glück war der Besitzer anwesend, der auch englisch konnte, so haben wir uns irgendwie darauf einigen können nichts draufzuzahlen. Aber schon allein uns wortlos die Rechnung vorzulegen war eine Frechheit und hat uns den letzten Urlaubstag ordentlich verdorben...

Everyone was super friendly and helpful. It was always so quiet for sleeping. The air conditioning, shower and tv all worked perfectly. It was always clean. We would definitely stay there again. There were also lots of fantastic restaurants nearby. It was easy to take transit as well.

Really good hotel to stay. Eating, transportation, shopping all are convenient. Although the hotel room is simple, it is cleaning and every thing available. Other than the backside machine and the room refrigerator a little bit noisy, every thing is excellent! Beacause the flight delayed too much, I arrived almost at the early morning, the staff still went out to open door for us. He may not get slept well that made me feel so sorry.

Nice stay
It is in a good location, not far from ADO bus station and super market, and restaurants. It is right beside the municipal building, so we got to experience Mexican night culture at night. Nice kitchen and area to dry our swimming suits. Only concern was that there were constructions going on when we were there, so it got noisy at night. But they did stop at some point after mid-night.

Escale à Cancun
Séjour de 2 nuits dans cet hôtel du centre ville de Cancun avant de démarrer notre roadtrip. L'hôtel est bien placé car situé à moins de 10mn à pied de la station de bus ADO et de plusieurs restaurants. Un arrêt est également proche pour prendre l'un des bus a destination de la zone hôtelière et des plages. Chambre propre et très spacieuse, personnel très accueillant.

Enjoyed my stay
I liked the location. Lots of shopping and restaurants within walking distance. Bus stop near-by. I felt safe at all times. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean. A/C was perfect. Had a small fridge and microwave. The bed and pillows were not the most comfortable, but I would stay there again without hesitation.

Would stay again!
I had a great experience here, staff was very kind and responsive, the hotel is basic but has a good charm about it and was very clean. Centrally located in downtown Cancun, lots of food and shopping in the adjacent area, two blocks from the Bus station, it was a great place to end my trip around the Yucatán!

Hotel Nader cumple con creces!
El hotel está muy bien ubicado, cerca de la terminal de ADO en el centro de Cancún. La suite es de muy buen tamaño y está muy limpio todo. El servicio de la gente en recepción es muy cordial.

Beautiful and quiet little hotel - not a lot of rooms, a small price tag, but a very comfortable stay. Lots of delicious restaurants immediately next door and very close to the central bus station. Looking forward to staying here again in the future.

Limpio y brillante.
Lugar muy céntrico cerca de la estación del bus ADO y el cuarto estaba muy amplio y muy limpio y tiene muchas lámparas para escoger que luz nos guste más y decoración muy bonita y un mini refri y microondas, un sofá. Para relajarte y ver la tv precio muy cómodo.
