„This place was the landing place we needed for the month we stayed there. It's a comfortable place and we will always remember our time there with fondness. Carolina was really responsive and the place has a VERY nice terrace with fantastic views. My suggestion to future guests is try and pick a time when Carolina is not out of town, as we could have used some in-person help with the hot water. „To be honest when we first walked into the property we were a bit disappointed at how small it was, especially the kitchen and the bathroom, but we honestly adjusted by the end of the first day and after that it wasn’t an issue, especially because it was clean and functional. „It took 1.5 hours from arriving until we were in the apartment. The video was misleading in that it showed a much nicer area of the complex. The security person did know we were arriving, nor did he speak any English. We believed we were in the wrong place. although security people at both entrances tried to be helpful, it wasn't until another tennent who spoke English helped us that we were able to access the panel for the entry code.“
