There was only one clerk at the desk at 4pm, and constantly 3-5 arrivals awaiting check-in processing. She did her best to be efficient, but really should be two clerks during the rush. The suite was pleasant, but it is about 3yrs past its best before date in terms of the furnishings condition. Case in point: the stuffing on one arm of a chair was horribly deformed and your elbow was resting on the internal frame. I drive a 1/2 ton pickup and the parking spaces were very tight. I had to unload the suitcase from the backseat while pulled out of the spot so I didn’t hit the door of the car beside (parked evenly within their spot). Not all bad, just want future visitors to be aware of these minor issues.

I would have enjoyed it more if there had been some way to control the temperature in the room so the window didnt have to be open right next to the railroad tracks where multiple trains went by all night long and kept us awake

Pretty good overall. The hot tub was not very hot so we could not stay in there during the cool evening. The sauna was pretty good though. The view was lovely, the restaurant was nice. It’s walking distance to a few good spots but mostly you’ll need to drive into the main areas.

Wonderful little getaway with a beautiful Mountain View, the staff was very friendly and accommodating and the motel is centrally located next to everything you need , it’s not modern and Swanky but well kept and comfortable and a great value

The property was not as nice as pictures online. Needs renovations, very dated. Also website said there was room service, there was not as it was recently took over by new management. Pool is very very small and hot tub waa lukewarm. Definitely wont be going back, not worth the price for what you get.

Extremely noisy, the train would pass right in front of the hotel several times per night and you could hear it all. The staff wouls vacuum the halls at 7:00 am and you could hear the water pipes when the next room would open a tab.
