The property management company was very communicative and responsive. We had a few issues while staying there with an electrical alarm going off and they helped us to resolve them with the building maintenance team.My rating of this property is based on the fact that it is much more tired than the photos and description. This is not "top luxury". One of the kitchen drawers is literally screwed together on the outside and so the drawer keeps opening into you when you are trying to cook. The unit was clean but the rugs could do we a clean as they were stainedBeds very comfy and the unit was quiet. We enjoyed the pool for the kids although it is much smaller than it looks in the photos.Amenities on site are good and location is also good.

Lovely comfortable accommodation

We were all very happy with the accommodation although we would have liked a welcome book which was mentioned in the wording, also as we arrived late on Easter Sunday a small welcome pack of essentials would have been appreciated, we had no milk etc just to help us through until we were able to shop!

Christmas Visit

The location is fantastic to walk and enjoy the area. The bottom floor bedroom with enswuite was great for the grandparents privacy. We easily were able to have our at home christmas dinner in the HUGE kitchen with the family table and open presents by the fire (the owners even set up a tree!). The only issue I’d say was that it is a little dark however could be due to the time of year. All together, it was great and my family really loved a centralized location to connect together!

Canmore December 2023

We all enjoyed our space and was impressed with the quality of furnishings and kitchen appliances, etc. Had a little communication breakdown at one point that was quickly resolved. :) Lots of support is available and ready to resolve any concerns a.s.a.p. Had a crib and high chair available to us and the rooms suited our family of 10. Enjoyed everything the condo offered, including the pool and hot tub. Celebrated some milestone birthdays and an early Christmas celebration with family spread out all over Canada coming together for this beautiful Canmore weekend! No complaints. 😊

It's nice

We were two families totalling 8 guests. The place seemed a little smaller than the pictures, but we were comfortable. The beds and sheets were clean. The bathroom rug needs to be replaced/washed. Bring your own condiments and cooking ingredients. Pots, pans, dishes are provided. Our favorite thing -- the FILTERED water! It wasn't even mentioned in the description, but it helped not having to buy bottled water everytime. A bus stop, a Chinese restaurant, a deli are also a few steps away. Great communication with the manager. We were happy with this place!

Stay was pleasant

The condo was clean, fresh and had a fully equipped kitchen. Neighbours were kind and polite. Management were very helpful and checked in via text if we were settled in and needed anything. Will definitely stay again one day.

Very nice accomodations!

We stayed at the Canmore Solina location. It was very comfortable for the 4 of us. It would be tight with 10 as listed but could do it. Very good location and easy to get in and out of Banff National Park. They have everything you would need in the Apt - washer dryer, bathroom amenities (hairdryer, shampoo/conditioner, soap) range, dishwasher, awesome deck. Would absolutely stay again. Management did a good job communicating.

Beautiful condo in picturesque setting

The condo was very clean and modern. We had a full house staying in the three-bedroom condo and had a wonderful time. One thing to note is that both bathrooms are connected to a bedroom which gave us slightly less privacy as a large group but this is clearly shown on the layout on the listing and did not significantly impact our stay. Additionally, you had to walk through either the balcony or another bedroom to get to the third bedroom but again this caused us no issues. The condo complex has many amenities, and the reception desk was very helpful. You cannot ask for a more picturesque setting than Canmore, and the location of this condo was perfect for our group. We would definitely stay here again when back in the area.
