Location, place, and all the essentials! Definitely the right place to stay if you plan on visiting the Banff area! The place was clean and very well kept. Plenty of room to wind down and relax in the unit and by the pool! Great balcony and room views of the Three Sister Mountains. Had only one issue with the grill gas line. They came and fixed the issue promptly. Rockies Rentals were very attentive to make sure the stay was like home, and it was better!

Our family of 5 (3 kids, 2 adults) loved this rental. It’s very clean, spacious enough, comfortable beds, everything you need on-site. The pool and hot tub are great. The parking is great. Nice coffee shop onsite. Easy walk to a few restaurants- very quick drive to downtown Canmore and Safeway for groceries. We have no complaints- there are mountains everywhere you turn! It’s beautiful!!

The views of the mountains were great. Happy it had air conditioning as it was 31 degrees in September. Spacious rooms, comfy beds and everything looked like the photos did online. Cupboards were stocked with all the supplies and things like oil, spices and coffee supplies were available also. Email instructions were easy to follow to enter the building and condo.

This property was everything we needed for a comfortable stay and vacation. We liked having the toiletries stocked, the kitchen pantry stocked and plenty of towels and linens. Being able to borrow a park pass and bear spray was a nice added bonus and saved us additional money. Canmore is great location. It is a little less crowded and hectic compared to Banff yet still convenient for all our excursions. The only downside was the traffic and train noise heard in the guest bedroom. My son and daughter in law had ear plugs and needed them at night since they wanted their window open. This was a minor concern.

This property was excellent. We loved the view, the size, the amenities and the location. Everything was as advertised. The rental company was very accommodating, they loaned us a park pass and bear spray. They also came immediately to fix a window latch! I would recommend Canmore. It was an easy ride into Banff and there were less people everywhere!

The layout worked perfectly for our family of two teens that need separate rooms. It was great the renter provided park passes and bear spray so we didn't have that extra expense. I wish we took advantage of the grocery shopping service but it wasn't an issue to find the store and buy for ourselves. The place had everything we needed in logical locations. Cannore was a great option with lots of restaurant options. In the summermonths we could have walked into town. The pool was heated but the hot tubs was always packed with people.

This was a great property and the property management company was absolutely the best at communication and had a great sense of humor. We borrowed bear spray and a park pass which was so nice to be able to do. The condo was very clean and everything looked like the pictures. I would definitely stay here again if we were ever back in the area.

We had a wonderful time during our stay. My husband and I traveled with our 4 kids. We had plenty of space, beds were comfortable and we really appreciated having black blinds so our kids would sleep in a bit. The balcony was great to sit out and have coffee with a beautiful view. The kitchen was very well stocked and the condo was incredibly clean. The pool, hot tub, and fitness areas were great too. The location is great and close to everything. We liked Canmore so much more than Banff, but were close enough to do the hikes and excursions in Banff. The responsiveness to anything we needed was remarkable ! We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties and this one was one of the cleanest and best host we’ve ever had. I messaged them in the morning that the ice trays had a couple holes and that we accidentally snapped it in half. When we came home that afternoon they had already put new trays in the freezer. We had the best time and highly recommend staying at Stoneridge!

Our family of five stayed here during a trip to the Rockies. The condo served as a wonderful base for our day trips. It had a fully stocked kitchen and was wonderful to cook our own meals and pack picnic lunches for our adventures. The pool was warmer than expected and even though days were in the 60s, we swam in the pool and used the hot tub every day! That amenity was very appreciated! Having two bathrooms was wonderful for our family and we did laundry as well! The deck had lovely views of the Three Sisters Mountains and we sat outside several nights just enjoying the air. We also used the grill which was in great condition. Rockies Rentals were great hosts. We borrowed bear spray for free from their main office and returned it the night before we left. They stocked the kitchen with basics like salt, pepper, flour, oil, spices, etc which was also great so we didn't have to buy those essentials. They were very friendly and I would use them again! My only complaint was that the train came by just across the street very frequently and did wake me up in the morning twice. Keeping the windows open amplified the sound. Otherwise, we truly had a wonderful stay and would definitely use Rockies Rentals again!!

The condo was spacious with plenty of room for my husband and me and our two adult children. (It could have comfortably held more people.) The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked as compared with other rentals. And the beds were really comfortable. Hot tub was great, though the gym was small. Views were spectacular, and there was a herd of elk hanging out below our window one morning. The heated garage was welcome as we’re were there during ski season It did take the property manager several days to respond to an email (after they didn’t answer the phone). Happily it wasn’t a significant issue (the safe was locked when we arrived). It would be a bit of a walk to downtown Canmore, but it’s a quick drive. And we found Canmore to be a fun town with easy access to the park. We would stay there again. — maybe try summer next time.

This was everything we had hoped for. Would definitely like to visit this area of the country again and would not hesitate to return to 303 Sunridge. Only complaint (if you can call it that) could not locate complimentary bear spray. Other than that thumbs up all around from our group..

Since we were not a property owned, we had to communicate via VRBO and wait for a response. Some of the items listed in their book in the condo were not totally correct; firestick information was not for use of rental even though book says code will be provided, washer/dryer supplies not present, but all in all unit nice, and had everything we needed for our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay in Canmore. Not knowing the area well, I wondered whether we should have stayed directly in Banff. We were glad we chose Canmore - quaint, plenty of shops and not as busy as Banff. The unit was perfect and exactly as described. Some cons (but nothing that should prevent you from staying!) The fridge had a broken knob to turn up the temperature and we thought it was broken as it did not seem cold. Used tweezers to change the temp and then it worked great. The dishwasher was VERY loud. Everything else was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were very nice. The unit was very clean and they provided starter amounts of everything from laundry soap to spices and cleaning items. The kitchen was well stocked and not overloaded with lots of extra/duplicate items (as is the case with many rentals) This particular unit is one of the best in the whole place. It's on a corner, had a very large deck space and wonderful views. The only area that was not spotless was the deck. But after we swept it up, it was fine. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to anyone. Our trip to Banff was unbelievable and something we will NEVER forget. Don't miss unbelievable views at Peyto Lake and the Banff Gondola (even though Gondola is popular/busy the views were worth every penny).
