Sweet little apartment with amazing sea front balcony
Very small but everything there that you need. Sylvie came in for check-in and check-out and was very friendly and helpful. We didn´t try cooking, so I can´t judge the kitchen equipment, but the place is clean and the balcony is gorgeous. Note that there are no shops or bars/ restaurants really nearby and that you pay extra for linens and towels if required and for the cleaning if you don´t want to do it yourself. But still, great value for money!

Just that to eat nearby, there is a famous restaurant Le Cabanon 300 meters away, and a kiosk for snacking all day just in front of the apartment. L’endroit idéal
Super séjour à Cannes. Communication facile avec Sylvie qui me répondait toujours dans les meilleurs délais avant notre arrivée et toujours disponible pendant le séjour. Sylvie nous a réservé un bel accueil. L’appartement était très propre à notre arrivée. Très bel emplacement, nous avons bien profité de la belle terrasse ensoleillée avec vue sur mer. Abbiamo trascorso tre giorni a Cannes l’appartamento è piccolo ma funzionale.La vista dal terrazzino verandato è splendida . Molto comodo il posto auto. Sylvie è stata gentilissima anche per averci aspettato per il check-in avevamo due ore di ritardo a causa del traffico. Per raggiungere Cannes è necessaria l’auto. Grazie per la bella vacanza!

The perfectly located seaside apartment.
After a long drive from the UK meeting a host as friendly and helpful as Sylvie made us feel so welcome. The apartment is typical for this area in that its not too huge but has everything you could need, a real homely feeling.The apartment has glass enclosed balcony, that can be opened or enclosed. This overlooks the immaculately kept gardens with amazing views through to the wrap around sea views which coming from a grey wet London were simply stunning! We had our own car so explored both inland, St Paul de Vence and Gourdon real highlights and along the coast west to Menton and East to Saint Aygulf and St Raphael. Making this apartment, for us ideally located. There was some slight overnight noise at the rear of the building, rail line and screaming frogs? But we relocated to the front of the apartment, with its sofa bed and black out shutters meaning we slept too long every night, which was lovely. For anyone not wishing to drive the apartment has a lovely stretch of sand directly across the road, a two minute walk.With restaurants and cafe booths with plenty of seating. An easy bus ride into Cannes and the 'highlife' or in the opposite direction, the castle and Marina at La Napoule.So much to see and do. We simply had a wonderful holiday and will definately be back to stay again, thank you Sylvie.

Accueil parfait et vue mer très appréciable
Un peu loin du centre de Cannes, mais ce n’est pas un problème si l’on a une voiture, un parking vous est réservé. Les bus vous amènent également sans difficulté au centre de la ville. Immeuble et appartement bien entretenus, et Sylvie l’hôte des lieux est aux petits soins pour vous rendre votre séjour le plus agréable possible.

Merci pour votre avis. Désolée que rien ne vous ait plu mais la proximité mer immédiate, le centre ,et le calme ça n'existe pas . Même sur la Croisette,Il y a une route qui longe la mer et pas au même Tarif . Notons qu'il y a peu de circulation la nuit . Si la priorité est le calme, il faut une destination campagne.

Appartement idéalement situé avec vue sur la mer et les îles de Lerins. Prendre le petit-déjeuner sur la terrasse - même en hiver - est un délice. L'appartement est propre. Lovely apartment very close to the beach, nice host, clean apartment and lovely balcony! Great size for three people and a friendly neighborhood. We had a bit trouble finding the apartment, because the map location was not right. The supermarket were not very nearby, no problem if you have a car but if you walk it’s not very fun. Over all we would recommend this apartment if you are looking for a chill vacation at the beach!

Vacances à la Cannes la bocca
Sylvie est adorable, attentive, et arrangeante ! L'appartement est propre et conforme aux photos, il y a de belles plages à faire ! Seul bémol pour nous, c'était le transport, nous étions avec un enfant en bas âge avec une poussette, la résidence est desservie par le bus n°22 qui passe toutes les heures et s'arrête à 19 h 30 ! Je trouve ça vraiment dommage pour une zone touristique et en pleine saison estivale ! Il y a également une navette qui fait les plages seulement (pas le centre-ville), mais on n'a pas réussi à l'avoir aussi ! Pour faire ses courses ou sortir, il faut absolument la voiture, car le magasin le plus proche est à 20 minutes à pied ce qui fait facilement 40 minutes aller-retour à pied !

Awesome Summer Holiday
The apartment is really nice, everything working as it should, and the outside terrace, which has a great size even for 4 people is the perfect place for relaxing at any time of the day. The view out over the beach and Sea and the entire Cannes bay area is absolutely breathtaking! What a view to wake up to every day :-). The landlord was extremely helpful w. information about the local area and general help. My Fiancé and I agreed this was our best holiday ever - and certainly the base of our stay and the landlord helped this become true. Thank you Sylvie :-) We can definitely recommend this apartment to any couple or small family who wants a nice, quiet place, very close to the beach. All the best, Christian Busch - Denmark

Merci pour votre commentaire.La petite chambre/ cabine a une literie de belle qualité pour 2 personnes, un matelas largeur 140, épaisseur 25 cm et mémoire de forme. Pour plus d'espace et la vue mer au réveil, le salon dispose aussi d'un couchage de qualité pour 2 personnes. Les travaux de rénovation à proximité, étaient occasionnels, et sont terminés. Grazioso appartamento di fronte al mare
Appartamento molto grazioso di fronte al mare e alle spiagge,attrezzato di tutto, e con posto auto riservato all'interno del cortile condominiale. Comodissimo per recarsi a Cannes ma anche a piedi a Mandelieu. Durante il giorno bus e navette di fronte a casa,unico neo che le corse terminavano alle 19. Camera da letto piccolina,ma in soggiorno ottimo divano letto. Per il resto proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile. Siamo stati bene.

Nous avons apprécié l'accueil réservé par la propriétaire lors de notre arrivée. Appartement très bien situé, fonctionnel, très bien équipé avec place de parking privative. Nous reviendrons très certainement pour profiter de la terrasse avec vue sur la grande bleue. Appartement que nous recommandons pour tout séjour sur la côte d'azur. Proche de toutes commodités.

Hello Svend ,Tak for din kommentar. Sovevaerelset kaldes "cabine" på fransk. Det er en ferielejlighed med stue og spisestue uafhængig-nat kabine ophold. Thanks for your feedback. In french the appartment is nammed a "studio" and the little room a " cabine" a night corner with a double bed separed from the living room. Tres bonne location !
La description de l' appartement sur contrat et photos correspondent en tous points à la réalité. Appartement très propre , bien agencé et avec tout ce qu il faut . Belle terrasse avec un magnifique point de vue Très bien situé à quelques mètres de la plage. Place de parking est un atout pratique. Accueil par la propriétaire très agréable. Nous recommandons sans réserve .
