On Rue Félix Faure, facing the harbor and only a few steps from the Palais des Festivals, this apartment offers a front-row position in one of the most central locations in Cannes.

Inside, generous ceiling heights and large openings allow natural light to flow through the living spaces. The bright living room opens onto a balcony with views over the port, creating a pleasant place to start the day or unwind in the evening.

The open kitchen is fully equipped and connects naturally to the living area, creating a comfortable and sociable space.

Three bedrooms each feature a king-size bed, dressing area and desk. Three bathrooms ensure comfort and privacy, with a combination of bath and shower layouts.

Air conditioning is installed in every room, ensuring a pleasant atmosphere throughout the year.

The apartment is located on the second floor of a recently renovated building. While the elevator is not yet operational, no construction work will take place during your stay.

Check-in is autonomous via key box. The key boxes are located at strategic points in Cannes (not necessarily at the apartment address). We select the most convenient solution for you. Access instructions and key box details are sent the day before arrival in the early evening.

Alternative check-in options (early arrival, airport transfer, in-person welcome) are available upon request and subject to availability, with additional fees.

Check-out time is 11:00am. We kindly ask you to be ready to leave on time to allow our cleaning team to prepare the apartment under a strict schedule. In case of late departure without prior agreement, a fee starting from €45 may be charged depending on the delay.

If you wish to extend your stay, please inform us at least the day before departure. Requests made on the same day will incur a €15 cleaning team rescheduling fee.

Before leaving, we ask you to:
- Empty the refrigerator
- Wash your dishes or place them in the dishwasher
- Take out the trash

Failure to comply may result in a €36 deduction from your deposit.

Any damage or breakage must be reported immediately. If possible, we kindly ask you to replace the item with a similar or identical product and send us a photo confirmation.

For the comfort of all:
Bringing animals into the apartment will result in a €150 charge
Smoking inside will result in a €100 charge
Parties or excessive noise will result in a €200 charge
