This property is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood, while being just a short walk from Cannes’ main attractions. Within a few minutes, you can reach the Palais des Festivals and the famous Croisette, the port with its restaurants and cafés, as well as Le Suquet and its renowned Forville Market. The Carré d’Or, known for its vibrant nightlife, as well as the famous Rue d’Antibes and the pedestrianized Rue Félix Faure, are also nearby. A prime location, ideal for holidays as well as business trips or conference stays.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
