The best ocean front month long stay ever!

Great that both beds were king size and cozy. Bunks were a bonus. Great appliances and fireplace. High quality linens, nice decorating. Proximity to beach and splendid views add to the experience.

Blue Starfish-Cannon Beach

The loction of this house is fantastic! I thought the house could have been cleaner inside. I found many items in the kitchen that had to be washed before I could use them.The bathrooms need some deep cleaning and updating. One bedroom has a closet-the other one does not-so it was hard to store any clothes-especially when the required stay is 30 days or longer.All in all-my family had a wonderful time but I would check out other houses that are right on the beach if I wanted a long stay again.

Incredible location!

This property is all about location. It’s fabulous! The Avant staff were incredibly responsive and very accommodating. We stayed at the property for six weeks and very much enjoyed our stay! (This unit is on the bottom of a larger privately owned unit that sits behind and over this one. Something to note is that if there are occupants in the upstairs unit it can be very noisy.)

Great Stay!!

We stayed here from January to mid-March. While the weather was predictably hit and miss, the property was wonderful. Normally, i'm suspicious of any reviews that don't have any negatives, but in this case, there wasn't anything to complain about. The place was super clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The gas fireplace was a godsend. Maybe the only thing that could use a little love is the shower/batch situation - but even that was just fine. The washer and dryer came in really handy, and the kitchen is a "real" kitchen. We cooked a lot. The proximity to the beach and Haystack Rock were perfect. The property managers knew we were going to be there for 2+ months, and "overstocked" accordingly - They didn't have to do that. We'll likely be back. Thanks for everything!

A great time at Cannon Beach !

This was by far my most memorable and perfect stay at Cannon Beach. I’ve stayed at several other places in this was the best. Right on the beach and being able to look at the ocean was really great! The place itself was very comfortable, fully stocked with everything I needed for a month stay. The beds were very comfortable, the TVs were easy to stream all apps/services. neighborhood is quiet and the view spectacular. The fireplace in the living rooms was so nice. Brain from the management company was very helpful and had great communication. I’ll be returning for sure!

Perfect location Comfy furnishings

The perfect place to stay in Cannon Beach, right on the beach close to Haystack and town. The cozily furnished rooms offered windows that looked directly onto Haystack and the Pacific. We felt like we were living on the beach. Blue Starfish was our comfy home base. We're hoping to go back. soon.

Absolutely Breathtaking Views

The home is completely lovely. The kitchen is extremely well stocked, the beds are supremely comfortable, and the television in the living room provides excellent entertainment. Yet, all of the wonderful things in the house pale in comparison to the absolutely breathtaking views that surround you! All four of the guests in my party have been visiting Cannon Beach for decades, but we were still amazed at how all encompassing the views are from this property. We felt very fortunate to stay there.

The house was literally steps away from the beach. It was well appointed and had everything one could hope for in a vacation spot. Beds were super comfy, kitchen was well stocked with cookware, every detail had been thought of. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome property

The property was outstanding. And the view! Wow. The location is great - so close to downtown and also Seaside. The service of the rental property was top notch. The coffee maker didn’t work on our first morning and they brought one within a few hours. Can’t wait to go back.

Beautiful location but an average accommodation

I have traveled all over the world and have stayed at many 5 star resorts and accommodations. The location of this property is wonderful with great views of haystack rock, close to downtown as well as restaurants. The accommodation itself is not 5 star. At best it is 3.5. The bed, linens, and fireplace are quite good. The carpet needs replacing. The chair in the living room is dirty. There were only 4 cups and 4 bowls available but many plates. The bathtubs need upgrading. The owner is very kind and helpful. In order to rate this property a 5 star, the named upgrades need to be made.

Most excellent family adventure!

Spent a week with our kids and grandchildren. Such a perfect spot especially with a 4 month old. We were at the beach without having to schlep all of our things outside, the set up couldn’t have been more perfect. For us, there’s no point renting a home at the coast unless you can see the coast from the living room. Such a beautiful view of Haystack Rock, the week could not have been more divine!

Great property. Very clean and house has all of the amenities you need to cook and stay comfortably. Location to beach was perfect. Deck was a nice reprieve from the busy weekend beach goers. Dog friendly rental that was spotless was a huge plus. Would stay here again.
