„The location and amenities of this property were great! Good communication with the host prior to arriving. The host offered us early checkin and we arrived 1 hour prior to normal checkin time, but the cleaner was still in the process of cleaning so we waiting just outside the room for 15 mins. The property was very clean, comfortable and had everything you might need. The only negative thing about this property was a couple of very strong chemical smells. „This condo was perfect! A clean, quiet and cozy get away. This place has everything you need and more. Kitchen was well stocked. The decor was beautifully done. Puzzles, books and games on hand for guests. The view of the river was amazing and perfect for watching birds and the sunsets with a glass of coffee and/or wine. It's just a short walk to the beach and downtown. Secure/gated parking. We definitely have this written down as a place to visit again.“

„This little unit was very clean, had a wonderful view, and management was very responsive to our needs. The bed was more comfortable than our bed at home! We met several of the condo owners at the complex because it was the weekend they meet and work on the place, and everyone seemed very interested in keeping the place nice. We would definitely stay again.“

„I thought the place was quite pleasant.It was it felt like home In some ways, bright, sunny.Being in the unit closest to highway 101 that's a little noisy but I lived by a noisy street so it didn't affect me too much. Every block has beach access and they had a fire pit on-site.It was quite enjoyable.“

„We had issues with parking as there was not a reserved spot with our unit's number. We called Vacasa their local person agreed and told us to park in a unit with 2 spots. Still uncomfortable, hopefully they will resolve for future guests. Second issue was there was an overwhelming amount of bird poop on the windows of this condo, enough that you didn't want to look out at the awesome view. „The condo was clean and included a well-equipped kitchen. It's right on the prom and is on the fourth floor. The view from the living room and balcony right off of that room was spectacular! We loved the short walk to the beach, very short walk to the promenade, and close proximity to the heart of Seaside. Our only frustration was with the TV - we had a hard time navigating to Movie sources.“

„This house was so cozy and pleasant! Lots of local art and fun knickknacks, everything we needed was here, plenty of space and a very appreciated fenced in backyard, beach toys, TONS of books, and right across from beach access. One note is that it's not super toddler-friendly with so many breakable things at toddler height, but there was plenty to keep them occupied so it wasn't an issue. Would definitely recommend!“
