« House was great! The house itself was comfortable and the showers and beds were clean and comfortable. 5 minute drive to comal park 20 fee to get in but get there early to get a good spot. Take all your cooking things to spend the whole day out there. All in all this place was perfect for our family weekend at the lake. Would definitely recommend and also book again. Kitchen is stocked with pans and all the things you need for cooking except oils, spices etc. but we had that in mind already...

« We loved the house and the area. We did have to purchase spray and treat around the foundation as ants kept crawling inside. One night they ended up my granddaughter's bed and her hand was all bit up in the morning. The yard is great but could use a bbq pit ( charcoal or wood not propane, of course). Also had to purchase some kitchen stuff like pans. Over all we are very pleased despite not getting a response on any of our questions while there. »

« The couch had dog/cat hair. Not sheets in the mattress that unfolds from the couch. The AC has a lot water dripping and is above the cough. There was shampooing and conditioner but not body wash. Everything else was good! »

« The home was clean, well equipped and comfortable, and in a great location for day trips in the Hill Country. The neighborhood was quiet and relaxing, and we enjoyed daily visits from the deer! Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host communicated with us to be sure we were settled in and had all we needed for our vacation. We spent a fun week with family and especially enjoyed the comfy beds, hot tub, outdoor deck and beautiful sunsets over the lake! »

« This place was so great. It is small, but suited us wonderfully. Only concern (and not even a concern) was that I could have used a curtain on the bathroom window. Someone would have had a ladder and been in the woods to see into the bathroom. So more of a comfort thing than anything. »
