« Loved this place. Very clean, beautiful apartment, the host was amazing… We would definitely stay here again. »

« It was terrible because the place is in poor condition, it's like an abandoned condominium. There were fleas in the bed, the dirty walls of the ahua, the leaky water, that place should not be rented, a terrible experience, we left the next day »

« Property is great to relax with a nice pool and beach accessible to those on the complex. We enjoyed having the beach to ourselves. Punta Espada Golf was simply superb. You will need to secure transportation to reach Juanillo Beach Club, the marina and supermarket. »

« Strengths and weaknesses. Mostly strengths. Owners above picked that time to use jack hammers to peel up tile that leaked. Next door neighbors played music very loud the first few nights. Over all, unit was more than promised and just a wonderful unit with a great view! »

« Nice place, great location, incredible view and piecefull. Our only surprice with this units was that the 3rd upper bedroom lacked privacy. It is only separated from the main living area using drape curtains. Fortunatley we sent the kids upstairs. Listing should be more accurate. Laura was great and quick to reply. Would definately love to visit again. »

« The studio was in a great location within walking distance to a great restaurant at API beach. There are many other restaurants in the marina and the walk along the beach is nice but you also have many sidewalks in the front of the property. The view was amazing. However the condo needs a dresser and toaster which is easy to do. The beach has a lot of rocks but you can walk a little and go to several beautiful coves with soft white sand. I would definitely recommend this studio »

« It was a nice property, and the host was great, but during the 8 days I was there, there was no cable, no hot water, the Wi-Fi wasn't working upstairs, and there was so much noise in the morning due to construction at the back of the house. The security lady who works at night at Las Iguanas was disrespectful towards us. »

« We had a wonderful time at Punta Palmera. The apartment is just like in the pictures. Spacious and confortable, we felt like home. The balcony is facing the pool and the sea, so the view is very nice. The bedrooms are huge and the kitchen is well equipped. The AC works very well. We will come back again ! Raphaelle B. »
