The building itself leaves a lot to be desired, the stairway smelt strongly of urine every morning even though cleaning was visible. „This was a nice and convenient place to lay our heads down and cook a few meals. We spent most of our time out and about. Phone service and WiFi don’t work super well inside (I suppose being in a large building) Communication with the host was very good. It was nice having a washer and new experience for us to hang dry our clothes! Old town Nice was very fun and lively.“

The building is a bit run-down, but the apartment itself is like new and well-designed for a small space, As others have mentioned, there is an odor of mold or mildew, but I could smell that in the outside hallways, as well.
