Ocean views greet you from every room, the resort’s heated pool is steps away, and the famous north breezeway puts you front and center for rocket launches right from the building. Whether you’re here for Kennedy Space Center, Port Canaveral, or the beach- this ones for you.



The Space:

Steps from the sand, you’ll find the resort’s heated oceanside pool, putting green, shuffleboard courts, outdoor games, and picnic areas. The north-facing breezeway is your VIP spot for watching rocket launches and cruise ships departing Port Canaveral— a Cape Canaveral experience that never gets old. A children’s playground is just 200 yards away, and the Arc Fitness circuit training course is 400 yards from the door.

The open-concept Hamptons-style layout welcomes you with space, warmth, and ocean views from every room. The oversized dining table seats 6 with bar seating for an additional 4 — so up to 10 guests can share a meal together. There’s a large TV in each bedroom and the living area, plus board games, books, and all the gear you need to enjoy the resort amenities.

We’ve mastered the art of group travel. With 6 distinct sleeping options, this condo offers unmatched flexibility for families, multi-generational groups, and friend getaways.

🚧 COMING AT THE END OF AUGUST! POOL CLOSURE: We will have renovations on the pool machine room. While the pool won't be available at that time, the private beach access more than makes up for it. Construction is not expected to affect your stay inside the unit, though you may notice equipment and hear noise during weekday-daytime hours. During that time-frame pricing will account for the pool being unavailable. Be mindful, as with all construction projects, the timeline is somewhat fluid, as unexpected issues can arise and affect the projected completion date.

Guest Access:

Check-in and check-out are seamless with a digital smart lock — your unique access code will be sent shortly before arrival. The condo is meticulously cleaned and fully refreshed between every stay.
