Wunderbares Haus in einer sehr guten Lage!

Wir haben uns in der Villa Calla sehr wohl gefühlt. Sehr sauber, tolle Ausstattung und eine Top Lage! Das Highlight war definitiv der schöne Pool und die Terrasse. Vielen Dank auch an die Hausverwaltung. Sehr netter Kontakt und immer erreichbar.

Erholung pur

Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin und auch dem Hausverwalter vor Ort war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Villa war sehr sauber, es war alles vorhanden was man braucht und die Ausstattung war modern und großzügig. Die Betten waren sehr groß und bequem, der Pool war mega und es hat richtig Spaß gemacht sich dort aufzuhalten. Wir können die Villa für einen erholsamen Urlaub auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Supermärkte und Restaurants sind in der Nähe und es ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Garage und Bootsanleger sind auch vorhanden. Wir würden jeden wieder kommen.

Summer Vacation at Villa Calla

This is the 2nd time my family has stayed at Villa Calla and once again it was AMAZING! We decided to try in the summertime this time and loved it! It was certainly hot, but the floaties in the pool kept us cool while we’re relaxing. The house was sparkling clean and we felt very comfortable. Since we had a longer stay this time, we cooked more than usual and had everything we needed for that. Hope to be back soon and stay even longer this time!

Christmas Getaway

My family of four really enjoyed our stay at Villa Calla! The home is very beautiful in a very quiet neighborhood at the end of a culdesac. The beds were very comfortable and it was a plus for everyone in my family to have their own separate bathroom. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook and found it very clean. We were able to figure out how to heat the pool and hot tub with the help of Robert as we needed that for our cooler December stay. We really enjoy just relaxing on the lanai enjoying the pool and hot tub so it was perfect for us! We would stay at Villa Calla again!

The home was comfortable and spacious for the 3 of us. Almost everything we needed was there, and the property managers were very helpful. The pool was a great relief to the hot weather, and we enjoyed fishing at the dock. The home is in a great location, close to shopping & restaurants.

This house was truly amazing. We enjoyed every moment of our stay from breakfast in the Lani to evenings in the pool. Everything you need is in this house for a perfect stay. I would just be careful of the electricity they do make this clear you do need to pay for your usage. This makes sense given the size of the house. We were sure to not leave on any unnecessary lights. We would definitely return in the future.

Gorgeous home and great owners, but the pool was green on arrival

Thanks to the owners for saving our vacation here. For the price we paid for this rental for one week, which included a 3% credit card fee and electricity charges, we expected a five star experience. However, while the owners were attentive, the property management company was less attentive to the property than they should be. Upon our arrival the pool was green. It was thick with algae and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in some time. As we were moving in the neighbor next door came over to greet us and said that the property isn’t well cared for and that the pool had been green for some time. We called the property management company and it went to voicemail. I got a text back asking me to text the issue and did so. I was advised someone would be out the next day to correct the problem. I contacted the property owner who was responsive and apologetic. The next day the pool was treated, but it took an additional day before it was swimable. The pool water wasn’t completely clear until we left a week later. The condition of the interior of the home was immaculate. The interior was tastefully decorated and spacious, it did not disappoint and was as advertised - if not more beautiful in person. If it wasn’t for the issues with the most important feature of the home for us, the pool, this would have been a slam dunk full five stars across the board. Given the fact that even at the departure, the property management company never showed, we weren’t impressed with their attention to taking care of this property. Kudos to the owner, Marion, who credited us the electrical charges (since the pool filter had to be run more than usual to clear up the issue) and waived the 3% credit card fee for the inconvenience. Thank you!

Amazing home, BUT...

I would love to give this beautiful home a perfect rating, but due to a few issues, I have to give it 4 stars. While some of the issues are of no fault to the owner, it still left our vacation a little less than perfect. The home is absolutely beautiful and the description is certainly accurate. Unfortunately the A/C went out in the main part of the house on evening, but they fixed it first thing the next day. The pool pump had some issues and was not able to be fixed for 3 days due to the holiday weekend - we were not able to use the hot tub (my favorite part of vacation). The whole pool system takes a little bit of a learning curve to use. We never saw a pool cleaner, so with no filtering the pool was definitely starting to get dirty. The communication with Marion was quick - however, the communication with the property manager could have been better. The oven takes a very long to heat up and also to cook - we had to plan a long time in advance to use it. All in all, we enjoyed this home and location - and would certainly recommend this little piece of paradise.

Christmas in Cape Coral

This was our first time renting a home and it could not have been better. The pictures do not do this home justice. Everything was immaculate and in perfect working order. Communication with the owner and property manager was outstanding. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. The property manager even showed us how to manage the hot tub and pool controls which was a huge help. The southwest facing pool and lanai are perfect for getting sun all day long. I think my favorite spot was sitting with a cocktail under the tiki-hut at sunset. It was a wonderful "first" Christmas away, and it won't be our last!!

The best home we've ever rented!

We have stayed at a lot of different homes in our travels, but this one is hands down the best. To start, everything was exactly as advertised, no let downs. The pool and spa were sparkling clean, and worked perfect. The kitchen had everything you would need for just about any meal, and all items were of good quality, nothing cheap. the beds, linens, and towels were all nice and comfortable. The instruction book covered everything you could imagine, plus more. In addition, this company has dozens of rentals that are in the same condition. This is the one we will always stay at when we come to the area. 10+/10.

Cape Coral Family Vacation 2021

Wow! From the moment we entered the house to the time we departed we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The house was clean, well organized and every detail from the open kitchen and living area to the wonderful showers indoors, to the gas grill, entertainment/pool/spa area outdoors, just perfect. We spent evenings gathered under the custom built Tiki Hut. Neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. There are grocery stores within a few minutes drive or you can have it delivered to your door. We will definitely be booking this again, Marion was very informative and the check-in process was a breeze. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home!

Spacious, thoroughly clean, beautifully decorated, great amenities, incl all needed supplies.

Visited with my husband and adult son and daughter-in-law. It was a peaceful retreat, with all the amenities desired. We were able to share uninterrupted family time in the comfort of this beautiful home. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well equipped for any meal plan, ample space, televisions in every room AND pool side are fully functional with great picture quality. Bathrooms also very clean and modern. We will be looking to stay there again next time we plan a visit to Cape Coral. Thank you for allowing us to stay in your home.

Amazing home for a perfect vacation!

Another couple and my husband and I rented this home for our vacation. We have had the most fantastic week. The pool and spa are gorgeous and we spent most of our time out here enjoying the view. We also enjoyed checking out the wildlife of owls and bunnies that are in the neighborhood. This home was well equipped with everything we needed for the week. We loved every minute of our stay here and would gladly stay here again!
