The house is gourgeous and exactly as described. Checkin and out was super easy. Tom responded to any questions we had. Kitchen had everything we needed and more. They even had a blowdryer with a diffuser in the master bathroom!! We enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again.

The house is beautiful. My wife and I enjoyed everything about the house. It was very relaxing and even had bicycles. The location is perfect and close to everything you need. The host was very friendly , helpful, and fast at replying to our questions and needs. I would rate this house and the host higher than five stars. Everything was perfect. We will definitely love to stay here again in the future. I highly recommend that you stay here for your vacation or just to get away for a long weekend, you won’t be disappointed.

This house is absolutely amazing. It’s by far the nicest VRBO we have stayed in. The host, Tom was so nice and helpful also which is always a bonus. The pool, hot tub, and entire back yard area were very luxurious. The closet had a lot of pool floaties/toys so no need to bring anything for that. There were also some beach supplies such as two chairs, an umbrella, a cooler, and some beach toys. The house came with shampoo, conditioner and body wash as well as a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. There were also spices in the cabinet. You will still need to purchase some supplies (trash bags etc)We recommend a morning bike ride to Pelican park to see all of the owls, kayaking on the canal, and visiting Fort Myers, Sanibel, and Captiva. We saw Dolphins at Captiva! Thank you, Tom! We loved the house!!!!

Perfect Cape Coral Getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our week-long stay at this beautiful Cape Coral property. The house was exactly as described (no really, the images are up to date and not 5 years old like others we’ve stayed at)—clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We appreciated the attention to detail throughout the home. Communication with the host was outstanding; they responded quickly and were very helpful with any questions we had. Highly recommend this property and host to anyone looking for a relaxing and hassle-free vacation!

Perfect Getaway

The property is very modern and very clean and could easily be used for a couple, group of adults, or even a couple families. Lots of near by local seafood restaurants, golf, and other attractions, but the property is hard to leave with a beautiful pool and great outdoor entertainment and cooking area. The owner was excellent to work with and answered any questions quickly. Already planning a return trip.

A Perfect 10!

Beautiful immaculate and very comfortable home. Everything was provided for a great stay. We liked it so much that we extended our stay for a few more days. The hosts were super helpful with recommendations of things to do in the area. We loved coming back to the pool and hot tub after a day of exploring the area.Easy day trips to Sanabel and Captiva from the property. Would highly recommend and def stay here again when we come backThanks Tom!

Fantastic home!!

We stayed here for our anniversary and to be together on the 5 year anniversary of our oldest son’s passing. We wanted a quiet, peaceful place to just be together and this home was beyond anything we expected. It was so beautiful. It was close to our favorite places, yet allowed us to not leave if we didn’t want to, and just enjoy the pool, the view, etc…We cannot wait to stay here again.Tom was a phenomenal host!!

Relaxing stay for the enitre family

Our stay was fantastic! We loved the house & the pool. The house is away from the busy parts of town. It was very nice! The house was very clean. We had everything we needed. We did buy additional toilet paper & trash bags. But we never requested more and we have a family of 6 total so that's to be expected on our end. I called ahead of our stay to talk to the owner and he was very helpful in telling us where things were and where to find great food! The owners have thought of everything and for that we were very thankful! Towels, beach towels, beach cooler, fishing poles, bikes.... they have everything. The kitchen was fully stocked with the right utensils & cookware for dining in.... Everything was there and perfect! We will be back for sure! I highly recommend this property! Great for families and great for a couple.

Winter Get Away

The house had everything we needed for a really fun and relaxing vacation!! There was plenty of room for our group of 7. Beautiful kitchen and very comfortable beds. The pool was a big hit for my grandchildren and the adults loved the hot tub!! We highly recommend this home and would definitely stay there again!

Amazing Home to Spend As A Family

We had such a great time staying at this home and spending Christmas together as a family. The home is brand new, very modern, so clean, and beautiful, and the pool/hot tub with the waterfront view makes for such a peaceful atmosphere. Tom and Ellie are amazing hosts who are very thoughtful, attentive to detail, communicative, and so readily accessible if you have any questions. I highly recommend staying here when in the area!

Family Vacation

Everything was exactly as shown online. Great communication by owner Tom. Very comfortable and relaxing. Pool, hot tub, outside sitting area, grilling, 2 refrigerators, butler area, kayaks, comfortable beds, air conditioning, you name it we used it all. We plan to be back!!

Beautiful Home on saltwater canal

We loved our stay at this property the house was beautiful. The kids thouroughly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as well as fishing off the dock in your own backyard! The owner had a fishing pole and a little gear we could use. The house also came with beach chairs and two bikes. The beds were comfortable and offered plenty of pillows and blankets. It made for a great trip! My only critque would be there wasnt availabilty to cleaning supplies or extra toiletries which wasnt a big deal but would have been convenient. We also purchased a cooler and left it at the house for the next guests beach adventures!

Beautiful Home!

Beautiful home in an excellent location. Close to everything with easy access to great restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores etc. Home is exactly as depicted in the pictures. A truly beautiful home! Wonderful pool and outdoor lanai area.

The house is wonderful. It is in immaculate condition. We were a family of 6 adults and the house was perfectly set up for us although for 8 people some aspects such as sunbeds would be a squeeze. The house is situated in a very quiet area and for the 5 days we were there we hardly saw another person. The downside of this is that restaurants were always a short drive away. The use of the kyaks was great, and paddling around the canals and checking out some of the other amazing properties was fun. One thing that could be improved is the amount of cutlery and crockery. Fine for one sitting for dinner but needed to be washed up before using again because there wasn't enough for multiple meals. Altogher I would absolutely recommend this property for a weeks stay.

Perfect in every way!

Upon arrival we were welcomed by Tom the property manager and a bottle of wine! The home is absolutely stunning! VERY clean, kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need to prepare meals. The pool/hot tub and outside sitting area were so relaxing with plenty of seating. Large outdoor TV as well. There were 4 lounge chairs to lay out on and get some sun. The outdoor table is perfect to enjoy a meal you have grilled in the large outdoor kitchen. The pool was very clean and heated to the perfect temperature. You had the option to take a bike ride or go for adventure on a kayak, both which are provided for you. The options for restaurants in the area were endless. Tom was quick to respond with any question that we had. Above all this was the best trip to Cape Coral we have had! We are already looking forward to the trip back next year and will be booking this house again! Thank you for having us!

New house very very good and clean spacious for any where beautiful pool relax area the kitchen is very nice and spacious I recommend the house for sure for me is 5 star and plus I rent every year in this area house lake this but this one is the best. I come back shortly for sure.
