« We booked last minute when we were able to get away for a few days. The home is a little older, but well maintained and had everything we needed. We enjoyed being on the canal and even had manatees vist one morning. The neighborhood is quiet and away from any busy roads. We would definitely recommend to others. »

« The pictures didn’t lie. The layout of the house fit so well for all of our ages. It exceeded most of our expectations. The pool was so fun for all. The game room brought all together at night. Kayaking the canal was a great experience. Our grandson’s highlight was catching the Garfish. « This is the second time we have stayed in this unit. The unit was clean, artfully decorated, and very comfortable. The lanai looks out on the largest canal in Cape Coral overseeing boating activity, kayaking and paddle boards. You see the occasional dolphin and other fish swimming by. The property managers/owners could not be more gracious and accommodating! We hope to stay there again in the near future! »

« We had a wonderful Girls Get Away. We relaxed by the pool and hot tub. We watched the basketball games out on the patio. That was so nice. We had a minor issue with the hot tub and the property manager came right over. She was absolutely wonderful! So very helpful!!! It was just a wonderful place to be together and spend time talking and hanging out. Just what the doctor ordered! »

« Everything about our stay was perfect. There were enough towels, toilet paper, amenities that we didn't want for anything. The layout was nice and worked well for our family. We had person with a walker staying with us and it was very accessible for her to get around and shower with the zero entry shower. »

We messaged the agent who said there had been cold weather and previous renters did not put cover on pool and it would take about two days to heat up again. This was very upsetting for young kids to hear. I feel like there should be pool maintenance suggestions in info book for renters. « I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property. »
