This is a very nice home, we enjoyed our stay, and would definitely consider renting this home again in the future. The beds are comfortable, it is nicely furnished, and the kitchen is well equipped. The pots/skillets are better quality and in better condition than many properties we have rented. The baking pans need an upgrade. We purchased our own cookie sheet to use during our stay as the ones in the house were no longer serviceable.The outdoor space at this property is outstanding. The pool deck is large, has plenty of seating options, and a beautiful dock below the pool deck with a lot of waterfront deck. The house also came with bikes, two kayaks, PFD’s, and lots of pool toys. We spent most of our time enjoying the outdoor amenities. One note of caution if you have small children is the tile around the pool deck is very slippery when wet. You must wear shoes when the the tiles are wet or you will slip.Depending on the time of year of your stay, the orientation of the property may be a plus or a minus. The pool deck and dock face east so early in the year, the pool no longer gets sun after about 3:30 pm. Best time for sun in the pool is 10 am - 2 pm.Overall we thought this was a very nice home and would consider it again in the future.
