Could have been really great…but it wasn’t.

The property was listed as a luxury rental. The home and pool are nice, however it wasn’t clean, or adequately supplied. Sheets & comforters were dirty upon arrival. We spent hours washing bedding through the night. The outdoor trash can was filled to the top and swarming with bees. Yet it was our responsibility to take it to the curb the morning we left. Stove top & bar stools were dirty. Cigarette butts littered the pool deck. There was no body wash or body soap. There was an Infestation of ants or termites in master bath. Beach towels were included in the listing, but there weren’t any provided. We only were given one towel per person for a 5 night stay. When I messaged Tyson, he said beach towels were not provided for my rental and that guests were only given one towel per person per stay! He stated he would “try to get a team member to bring extra towels”. It was only after a call to VRBO that extra towels were provided the next day. The air hockey table was broken, as was the Simpsons arcade game. I asked Tyson for my cleaning fee to be refunded and he told me the “sheets were not dirty, just stained.” That was not the case at all, they were dirty-and not “stained” after I washed them. He said he would “try to get me a partial refund on the cleaning fee” which was not acceptable to me. Instead I contacted VRBO and was on the phone for 57 minutes to get a cleaning fee refund after sending the pictures of my stay.

Great family trip!

This house is in a perfect location! Our family loved our time there during our family vacation week. My boys fished all week long and loved it. We enjoyed many days in the pool next to the canal. Very short drive to the beach and within close proximity to many attractions and delicious restaurants.

Major pool issue

When I first booked the house Vanessa and Tyson were so helpful. The house itself was clean and well-kept, which we appreciated. However, the main reason we chose this rental was for the pool—and unfortunately, that turned out to be a major disappointment. When we arrived, the pool was fine. The next day the pool water was green and clearly not safe to use. I notified Tyson immediately. The pool company showed up as we were checking out. I was offered just 60 for the inconvenience, which did not reflect the impact this had on our stay.After I responded and explained that this wasn’t a fair resolution, both the rental company and the property owner stopped responding to my messages entirely. It’s clear they do not take their renters seriously or value respectful communication.We had planned to rent this property for two weeks in the summer and had even recommended it to family and friends. Sadly, due to the way this issue was handled—or rather, ignored—we will not be booking this property again or using this rental agency in the future. If the pool is an important factor for your stay, I’d advise looking elsewhere.

Great location, plenty of room

The house was large with modern updates. The microwave didn't work but a new one was delivered that day. The house was very clean except for the ceiling fans, which are probably difficult to clean. We didn't pay for the heated pool but it was comfortable to lounge in for us. The kayaks were a nice bonus. Plenty of TVs. Our biggest issue was the towels or lack of, definitely need floor mats when getting out of shower because floors are slick and there wasn't enough towels provided for this issue. Communication was great otherwise. Would stay again.

Great but small improvement will make it even better

Everything was great, just a minor suggestion… I recognize there were only two of us so only two bath towels. But there was no floor mat by the shower in one of two bathrooms and absolutely no hand towels or kitchen towels and only one roll of paper towel on the property. Just seems that to have one extra roll of paper towel, one kitchen towel, and at least a pool towel (if not even one extra bath towel) and a hand towel in each bathroom would make a significant improvement that shouldn’t be too much of an effort. Also, you are probably not aware but the microwave does not work. It turns on and sounds like it’s working but it doesn’t actually heat anything. These are minor things and overall if arcade games are your thing, this property is great in a good location. Competing with a hotel or other rentals, above improvements would help.

Big & Comfortable!

The house is bigger than the pictures, which was great! We all fit well and comfortable. The pool was great and lounge chairs were awesome to have on a hot sunny day! The only things that were not so great was that only 1 side of the grill was working which delayed our grilling and 1 of the bedrooms had a small ceiling fan that we can barely feel the air in the room unless you stood right under it.

Girls Trip

We had a great time at this amazing house. The property manager was responsive and helpful. We spent a lot of time in the pool and outdoor living space. The entertainment at the house was just what we needed to enjoy time together. The dishwasher was not working properly and the property manager was going to get it fixed. If you plan to cook at the house you need to check in with the property manager to see what is available. There was no paper towels, napkins, foil, baggies, salt, pepper etc. I would stay at this house again but I would ask about these things.

The house was very nice and comfortable when we stayed it was during Tropical Storm debby. These are just a few things we had issues with. The strong urine smell on the carpet in the living room and out on the back pool porch. Master bathroom sink stopper stuck, and the water wouldn't drain. There are not enough bath towels for 8 guests. There weren't any kitchen towels .

Very enjoyable time in Cape Coral

Had a very nice time at this lovely house this past 5 nights. Communications with VRBO was absolutely outstanding! House itself is nicely placed, quiet neighborhood on a canal which leads to the Gulf. The boat launch is about 12 minutes drive away, and about 35 minutes by boat. Weirdly, there is no pantry to put anything in the kitchen. Unrefrigerated groceries occupied most the kitchen island. The pool was phenomenal, and a refreshing soak on the chaise lounges in the shallow with a beer was exactly what the doctor ordered. Thank you for a very enjoyable Independence Day week.

Very clean inside and beautiful outdoor setting

Quiet neighborhood. Clean, smelled wonderful, interior was updated modern. Outdoor pool was salt water and clean. Putting green, although small was a lot of fun! Just one thing to consider is to nail down one of the boards by tiki hut area that was loose.
