This house is beautiful, our group loved it! Patti, the owner, was an excellent communicator and the house had everything. All the paper supplies, coffee, tea, spices, detergent for laundry, beach chair, pool toys, etc. There was no need to bring anything other than you clothes. Everything in the house was in great shape and nicely decorated. The house sits on a quiet street and its located near Cape Coral Parkway, were all the action is. We can't say enough great things about this house and the owner, just wonderful!!

Fantastic house! The kids loved it too. Location is good. We had a great week with fishing, bathing, shopping and went to the beach. Good communication with the hosts, who helped us with everyting we needed.

Exactly As Described!

Beautiful home, offering so much for our family of 6 adults and 3 kids. All amenities were exactly as described and the extras (like beach chairs/toys, fishing poles, paper products) were great. The owners were also very kind and responsive. We had a wonderful time and definitely would go there again!

Top notch luxury vacation home

It’s not often that you walk into a rental home and find it exceeds what is shown online. Congo Breeze has done a wonderful job of depicting what they have to offer but there is simply no way to show all of the extras. We were a group of 9 with 4 adults and 5 kids ages 10-16. Not only did we have plenty of space for all of us but there was no shortage of activities to enjoy. From the wonderfully spacious lanai with a heated pool and hot tub to ping pong, corn hole, ring toss or sitting on the dock casting a line and enjoying the beautiful view, this place truly has it all. We quickly realized we overpacked as there isn’t a thing that you’d need that this home doesn’t have. We enjoyed daily walks along neighboring streets, rode the bikes provided to the beach to watch the sunset and enjoyed seeing various wildlife including burrowing owls and a special treat of watching a couple of dolphins swim right past us in the canal. The hosts, Mike and Patti, were super friendly and responsive from the very beginning of the booking process until checkout. They even proactively sent tips on things their house has to offer in case you hadn’t found them yet (hello outdoor speakers!). This is a place you’d like to keep a secret but it wouldn’t be fair to the owners who have obviously poured their heart and soul into this place for others to enjoy. Don’t think twice about booking this home, just pack your suit and go!

Very impressed

We loved our stay here this past week. Our kids are 7,5,4 and 3 years old and they loved all the games provided and the space to run around. The amount of beach chairs, umbrellas and toys was perfect for the 8 of us to enjoy Fort Meyers Beach. The kitchen was very well stocked with appliances and dishes. It was great! I also loved having access to various streaming services for the kids in the morning. Having a tv out by the pool was perfect for watching basketball. We did run into a few hiccups during the week but the owner was very quick with communication and always getting someone out to help immediately. I was very impressed. We are already planning our next trip there in 2026!

Fantastic vacation home

Extremely nice home. They have everything you could want. The pool and hot tub are heated and are a must for a family. We had 6 adults and 4 small children. Plenty of room for all of us. If you’re coming to SW Florida, this is the home you want. The host contacted me several times to make sure everything was good and if we needed anything. Best host I’ve dealt with! Thanks Patti for a perfect week!

Amazing Family Vacation

Our extended family stayed at this property for six nights and had an amazing time. Ranging in age from 14-78, our group was extremely happy with our stay. The house was exactly as described, beautifully appointed, spacious, well-maintained, and perfect for our group. The owners Mike and Patti were attentive and responsive, making sure everything went exactly as planned. The home is a short drive to all the local attractions, the pool and spa are wonderful, and we can’t wait to return.

Awesome Rental Property

Checking out of Congo Breeze today and have to say this is the nicest Florida VRBO we have stayed in. The place was clean, in great condition and well stocked with everything you will need to have a great experience. If you are looking for a nice house to hang with family around the pool, barbecue, play pool, ping pong, cornhole, Kan Jam and Spike Ball then this is the place for you. The hosts were incredibly easy to communicate with and checked in multiple times to see how our stay was going and if we needed anything. They also asked if anything could be provided to make the place better. The place and hosts really are top notch! When our flight got delayed they even tried to help find an additional property for us to stay in. Overall, 5 out of 5 and would highly recommend.

We have stayed at quite a few VRBO properties in the past but none were as well equipped and clean/updated as this property. Everything was perfect for our family. Communication with the owner was wonderful with very quick responses. They even offered to ship an item I had inquired about that they didn’t have. We will definitely recommend this property and stay here again.

Amazing Rental

We have stayed in this area of Cape Coral many times and this property, by far, was the best taken care of property from a cleanliness and upkeep standpoint. We had amazing communication throughout the week with the property owners who shared all kinds of great info with us and often asked for feedback on how they could improve the property. Overall just a great experience!!!!!!

Great family getaway

We had 10 adult family members, and the house was more than enough room for all of us. Time in the pool and playing games provided was fun for everyone. The owners were very helpful both before and during our stay. You will not regret staying at this property. It is every bit as beautiful as the photos.

Everything you Need at Congo Breeze

From the time of booking all the way through checkout, Mike & Patti could not have been better hosts. They are extremely thorough with details, lightning fast to respond to inquiries before and during the stay, and cared about every detail being perfect for us during our vacation in their beautiful home. The home itself is beautiful and has every amenity you could possibly need on vacation. I highly recommend renting a boat and using the awesome dock in front of the home to cruise the canal system and venture out into the Gulf. Quiet neighborhood, close to 47th terrace with all of the fun restaurants and bars. Overall would highly recommend this vacation home if you are looking for a large, comfortable, and affordable vacation home for your friends and family.

Beautiful home

We had a wonderful time at this beautiful home. The house is very well laid out with privacy for each bedroom and cable TV in each bedroom. We spent a lot of time in the hot tub and pool (heated) -- it was wonderful. This home had all of the necessities you need to prepare a meal as well as anything you need to go to the beach. We loved it and we hope to be back again soon. Mike and Patti were very responsive.

This will become your annual (or more) home away from home!!!!!

When booking online we thought Congo Breeze would be the perfect place for our family to come together. We were not disappointed. Congo Breeze is even more beautiful than the images depict. Not only beautiful but Mike and Patti have thought of everything a guest would need while away from their own home. Seriously, all one needs is to go to the grocery store and get food and drink. Everything else is provided and I do mean EVERYTHING!. We have stayed at a few (can't say the name in a review) :) over the years and Mike and Patti of Congo Breeze surpassed them ALL. We had thought of booking elsewhere in the area; we are so happy we did not. We cannot express the gratitude we have for Congo Breeze and Mike and Patti for their attention to detail and the exceptional communication through the process and during our stay. You will not be disappointed if you book the Congo Breeze. Instead you will rebook, like we have. Do not pass up this excellent location and home for your next getaway.

Love this beautiful house. I fell in love with this house from the inside out. So nice and clean very big and spacious. They have everything there so you don’t have to go buy extra things. My kids went out to the back to fish and they had so much fun and my younger girls loves the pool. I would really recommend renting this house. I would love to buy this house. Beautiful home❤️

Congo breeze family vacation

Patti and mike were very helpful throughout the vacation. Congo breeze is an amazing property. Even though we had a hurricane cause some weather issues midway through the trip the house had plenty to do to keep us entertained . We made many memories in this home and hope to come back again. Mike and patti you are the best. Greatly appreciate all the help and communication through out the stay to make us feel comfortable!

Family Vacation

Congo Breeze is Amazing!! Perfect location, beautifully decorated, totally equipped for your perfect get-a-way! Patti and Mike are AWESOME host that make you feel like part of their family. They even ordered new floats for the pool during our stay:). Our family of 10 (8 adults and 2 children) had the best time relaxing by the pool and just hanging out together playing pool, ping pong and watching movies. The home is equipped with all the extras for a true vacation down to the expresso machine for those expresso martinis for dessert:). We rented the boat for the week which allowed us to explore the area and visit different restaurants and beaches. Truly an amazing trip that we will forever remember!! Definitely on our list to return😊

Relaxing family vacation

This house is truly amazing along with the owners!! The moment my family arrived we were in awe of how beautiful the house was!! Once we got settled and realized everything that the house had to offer we felt right at home! You literally have the best of everything! We relaxed and played games it the pool, had a corn hole tournament every day,enjoyed the dock and rented a boat for 4 days and just overall had the best vacation. The owners provided everything you can think of from plenty of toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent, bath and beach towels. It was SO nice to not have to run to the store for those types of basics! I hope my family and I are lucky enough to visit this home again!
