« This was a house that is for sale, therefore there weren’t any pictures or wall hangings. The furnishings were basic and comfortable. The pool was nice and the mid March water temperature was fine. The house was very clean. We definitely would stay there again. »

« The house was everything we hoped for and much more… the kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The canal was a great place for my son to relax and enjoy fishing. He caught numerous catfishes. The house was spacious for my family. The neighbors were very friendly and the neighborhood was very quiet.. didn’t really see much people outside. Location is close to supermarkets and gas stations. We enjoyed our stay.. »

« We had an amazing family trip with our adult children, their SO's, and 2 small grandkids. The pool was a hit and everyone loved the house. The space was perfect for our group, with lots of room. The place was very clean and the views were amazing. We rented a boat from a nearby marina and tied off to the dock located right on the property. The kids enjoyed fishing in the canal right off the dock in the backyard. But the view was the best, especially from the pool/deck area. It was spectacular,...

« I stayed at this home with my wife, 5 children ages 7 to 13, sister, neice (17) and nephew (16). Everyone was comfortable and had a blast. One of the nicest pools we have had renting in Florida. House was located a quick drive to Ft Myers Beach. We vistied Sanibel Island, took a ride to Marco Island. House is within a 30 minute drive to any type of restraunt or store you would need. Many options even closer. Would recommend to family and friends. »

« We stayed there for four days the week before Christmas. Property was fine for 2 small kids as it had a pool and was a short walk to a beach area. The pool was heated though it never got above 77 degrees, but the kids didn’t seem to mind. The house had beach toys that were a hit during the week as well. Check out was easy as the rental company basically said the cleaning crew would handle everything inside the home. There was a small fee for electricity used during the stay, to offset the heated...

« I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property. It was very nicely upgraded with very comfortable beds. The master bathroom was awesome! The shower had great water pressure! Its located close to many conveniences in downtown Cape Coral. The property manager was very accomodating with my requests. If I’m in the area anytime, I will definitely return to this property. »
