The house was everything we hoped for and more! It was very clean and beautifully maintained. So many amenities were provided and we really liked that the drawers were labeled! We really appreciated the coffee and creamer to get us through the first morning—so many little thoughtful touches that made all the difference! The kitchen faucet gave us a little panic on the first night as we were cooking dinner…we didn’t see the little label that it was a touch faucet! The owner was very kind and responsive, checking in and out was a breeze. If I had to be nit-picky I would have loved a cordless floor vac for ease of keeping the floors tidy, a more updated TV as the living room one is quite slow. Also, only a few of the bulbs worked for the outdoor lights. None of these were deal breakers by any means. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to anyone. The owners really put in the extra touches that most do not, which really sets this house apart!

Truly Serene

Things we loved: Heated & screened pool, pleasant lanai, complete kitchen with dishwasher, laundry room with newer washer & dryer, large TV, 2 bathrooms with rain shower heads & soft towels, pool toys, quiet neighborhood, close to several main streets, nearby grocery store & other shopping. As retirees, the 3 of us enjoyed a relaxing stay, but also set up nicely for a family with children.

Exellent Stay

We had an exellent stay. My wife enjoyed the away time from our routine. The place was clean, the pool and backyard is nicely kept up. The pool temperature was pleasant no heater needed. Overall we had an awesome mothers day weekend! Thank you Dan for hosting us.

Great time

The pictures are exactly what you get, no surprises. We had a great time and Dan was great to work with. We had a few issues: keypad to get in door would stick on the 1 and sometimes I had to enter the number several times to get it to work; the touch on/off feature on the kitchen sink stopped working but Dan called and had the batteries replaced; there was not a sponge or cloth to clean with at the sink; had to figure out the "party lights" around the pool - but finally figured out you had to press the button where they were plugged into the wall behind the bench outside. No big issues. The pool was nice but a little cool for us Texan's. Enjoyed our stay and would recommend the house.

Relaxing!

We were hoping for a relaxing, private home and that’s just what this was! We spent most of our time in or around the pool, which was beautiful, clean and private. The neighbors’ houses were VERY close (that seems to be a Florida thing?) but the tall white fence blocked most of the view of their houses. The inside of the house is lovely, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Communication with the owner was fast. We didn’t want to come home. 😂☀️

Excellent Ft. Myers vicinity VRBO and base of operations

Gracious host. Property is 100% as described -- residential neighborhood home with many extras. Great base of operations for visiting Ft. Myers/Ft. Myers beach. Though we didn't have any infants or young children, property may be even more ideal for those with youngsters.

Everything you need

This house has everything you need. We traveled with our 3 year old and didn’t need to bring anything for the pool or beach with us because this house already had it all. Our child absolutely loved the books in the kid room. Overall great experience.

Great property for families!

This was completely geared toward families. The hosts thought of everything. Communication was spot on. The pool and lanai were great. Neighborhood was quiet. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful property

Relaxing/peaceful

This is a beautiful home with everything you could ever need on vacation in it. Close to lots of places to eat and have fun. You can have the best day just hanging out by the salt water heated porch pool. So relaxing and peaceful. We can’t wait to rent this home again!!!

Family gathering weekend

We were in the area to meet up with our extended family for a celebration of life. The location was ideal and centrally located. The house was perfect for our stay and even came with quite a few extras that made the trip even more comfortable. Dan and Bianca are very gracious hosts and obviously have taken the time to provide a top notch rental. We would definitely rent from them again.

Awesome home and very nice owners

Everything from the day we contacted the owners till the day we checked out was top notch. Owners were very prompt and courteous in their responses to our messages. The financial transactions were smooth. The check in and check out processes were simple and clear instructions were provided. The home itself is very well designed and extremely clean. Everything that could make an impact on renters’ comfort has been thought of and included. All appliances are modern and in excellent working condition. The kitchen is well equipped and all cabinets are clearly labeled. There is even a drawer full of plates and bowls and stuff for kids to use. What we appreciated is that the owners provided more than enough of things like toilet paper, toiletries, towels, and laundry detergent. These items were eco-friendly and fragrance-free, which is very considerate of the owners. Not a single thing was lacking in the home!! In summary, a home and owner combination that is hard to match, let alone beat!! Five stars all the way, and I will recommend this fine property without any hesitation whatsoever!!

This was a perfect rental!

It was a perfect spot to have a little we can get away to celebrate my daughter‘s 16th birthday with a few of her closest friends. Not only is the house very updated but it was nice to see that everything was labeled so we didn’t have to open up every single drawer or cabinet to find stuff when cooking. The pool was perfect size for us to hang out in. The house itself is not far from the beach or restaurants.
