Nice, comfortable and clean Villa

A spacious and well-kept villa, equipped with everything, with a very nice, clean pool, which was also looked after from time to time. Everything was very tidy, the beds were very comfortable and there was enough bath and pool linen. A comfortable, luxurious place to stay, even for a longer period of time. The house is very quiet and even in stormy weather we had a lot of fun in the house during the two weeks. All the information was accurate and we felt very comfortable, we would come back anytime, thank you very much Tom.

Tolles Haus, super Lage

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus ist super eingerichtet. Es fehlen in der KĂŒche Kleinigkeiten aber sonst ist alles toll ausgestattet. Die Terrasse und der Pool sind auch super können aber demnĂ€chst eine kleine Renovierung vertragen. Die Lage des Hauses ist top, sehr ruhige Lage aber trotzdem zentral.

Memories to last

The property was beautiful and spacious for the whole family! Everyone enjoyed the pool and large lanai. Fantastic layout of the home, master bedroom and master bath on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms and bath on the other side of the house. We loved how you can access the pool area from almost every room in the house. My husband and I took our family of 7, ranging from adults to our new grandchild and we all had plenty of room. This home was exactly as it appears online! We look forward to staying at Tom’s every time we come down to Cape.

Beautiful Property

The home in person looks better than the pictures (and the pictures look nice!). We loved the pool and all of the pool floats and water games.The home is very clean and well taken care of. Tom is an excellent communicator and helped us with questions we had while staying in Cape Coral over the Fourth of July holiday. We would definitely stay here again! Thanks for helping us make new memories!

Beautiful Stay

Home is amazing, beautiful location. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and a couple of beers. The house has everything you need. We used the bikes, kayak, cooler and unfortunately the guest before us broke the beach umbrella and didn't inform Tom. However everything was perfect and if it's not Tom will make sure to make it right. I look forward to staying again. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home.

SWFL Landing Zone

The house was a great spot for us to land while we explored SWFL. The covered patio, pool, and outside space was exactly what I was looking for as some place for us to get going in the mornings and rechatge the evening. The restaurants we visited were great and I loved getting to see the burrowing owls on my morning runs.

We stayed for a little over two weeks had no issues. Great check in, close to a lot of the places that we wanted to go to. House was very clean. We were there to just relax, so really enjoyed the pool very easy communication with the owner. The only time we had to reach out was the temperature took a dip in Florida and so did the pool and he came right over and raise the temperature for us. we would definitely go back.

Winter Escape

This is a wonderful property in a nice quiet neighborhood! It was clean and comfortable and Tom was very responsive and helpful. The property is in a great location for dining and entertainment, too! More bath and hand towels and wash clothes would be an added bonus. Consider taking some with you if staying for a week or so. We would definitely stay there again!

Weathering the Storm

We had booked about 2 months ago for Oct. 8th to 15th Obviously unaware of what was to come on Oct. 8th and 9th. So, we didn't arrive for our stay till Oct, 10th. Tom was kind enough to amend our week from Oct.10th to the 17th, this was very kind of him. Tom was very timely to react to the few requests we had during our stay. My wife spent time in the pool very day, I enjoyed sitting out by the pool playing my guitar. The home is a very comfortable feeling place. We would surely rent this place again. I can not say enough great things about this beautiful house and the great host . I 100% recommend staying there . We are already planning our next visit . The host thought of everything and added so many special little touches . We had sort of a unique situation with our traveling and time line and they were so gracious and worked with us . Amazing Sunsets

Beautiful & spacious home! The pool was clean and the temperature was "just right" ~ and added lots of enjoyment to our stay! Didn't want to leave

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful and clean. The pictures do not do it justice. Every single thing was perfect for us. We especially loved the pool and outdoor area. The pool was warm and clean. The lanai was so comfortable and we loved sitting at the table and eating dinner, watching tv or playing board games. The dock areas were fantastic. The home had everything you could need. We didnt need to leave for anything but food. The beds were comfortable and the house well set up. It was exactly what we needed for a relaxing week. Tom and Ellie are very courteous and responsive. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area

BEAUTIFUL, STUNNING HOME!!

Our stay at Dream Catcher was amazing! Home is stunning, beautifully decorated, extremely clean, and even had a complimentary bottle of wine on ice waiting for our arrival! What a wonderful surprise! Made us feel so special, and so welcomed! We had use of new bikes, kayaks, the beautiful pool, and beach towels were provided. We so appreciated and loved all the wonderful amenities that this home has to offer! Everything was well thought out for anyone staying at this lovely home! We had everything we needed. It was one of the best vacations we’ve had in a long time! Totally relaxing and the gorgeous sunset views from the canal were stunning!! Plenty of wonderful restaurants with water views and the food was amazing! We visited Fort Myers Beach, but our favorite by far was Sanibel Island! The beaches were gorgeous and I was amazed at the huge seashells we found! The owners Tom & Elie were wonderful, so sweet, and quick to reply if you need anything! Thank you Tom & Elie for a very enjoyable, relaxing stay at your home! We will ALWAYS cherish our stay and lovely memories made while staying in Cape Coral!
