Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Zimmer sind mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Personal war sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Das Frühstück im ruhigen Innenhof war sehr gut. Wir hatten einen außergewöhnlich schönen Aufenthalt.

Historisches Gebäude sorgsam restauriert
Das Cape Heritage liegt in einem sorgsam restaurierten, historischen Gebäudeblock im Zentrum Kapstadts. Die sehr unterschiedlichen Zimmer sind allesamt liebevoll eingerichtet. Der Service ist sehr gut, ebenso das Frühstück. Zahlreiche Restaurants liegen in unmittelbarer Nähe. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Zentrale Lage in der Bree Street, vom Flughafen CPT ca. 35 Minuten. Bei Ankunft sehr freundliche und aufmerksame Rezeption. Stilvoll restauriertes Haus aus dem 18. Jh. mit interessanten Dekodetails. Zimmer geräumig, gutes WLAN, Minibar und AC, auch im Standar-Room ansprechendes Badezimmer mit origineller Wanne. Restaurant im Innenhof.

Ideal, kein anderes Hotel mehr
Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht. Und wir haben eine bekommen: ein riesiges Schlafzimmer, 4-Poster-Bett/nettes kleines Wohnzimmer/geräumiges Bad mit Dusche und Wanne. NIcht protzig sondern solide/geschmackvoll/traditionell. Zum Wohlfühlen. Mitten in CT. Verkehr hört man zuweilen, geht aber. Nach einem Tag voller "Action" schläft man eh wie ein Baby - zumal das Bett sehr gut war und geräumig. Parkplatz kostet ca. 5 €/Tag - bewacht und vor der Haustüre! Ideal. Mitten in CT. Sehr aufmerksames und freundliches Personal. Feines Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt. Schicke Disco nebenan (wer's will) - wirklich schick und toll. Nur am Rande: das war unser 8. Aufenthalt von jeweils ca. 5 - 7 Tagen in CT. Wir haben in 6 verschiedenen B & B's bzw. Hotels gewohnt und haben daher schon eine gewisse Übersicht.

Spacious, clean hotel with excellent breakfast
We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, the room very spacious, the staff really nice and breakfast delicious. It was easy to park across the street and it was safe to leave our car there (security is there). A new restaurant opened in the back (roast&eco) which we can really recommend. The hotel is close enough to walk to V&A waterfront. Only thing that could be better: it was not so soundproofed, so a little noisy. We would stay there again anyway.

Gute Lage um die Stadt zu erkunden
Das Frühstück war sehr gut und umfangreich. Leider haben wir wohl das schlechteste Zimmer bekommen (klein und spartanisch im Vergleich zu den anderen Zimmern), obwohl es noch andere freie Zimmer gab. Das Bett war ziemlich durchgelegen. Das Zimmer war keine 4 Sterne Kategorie. Aber sonst war der Service gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist ideal, wenn man auch die Innenstadt von Kaptstadt besichtigen möchte. Alles in Laufweite.

Best experience in Cape Town!
We stayed in 4 different hotels in Cape Town, the Cape Heritage was by far the best! Outstanding nice service. Had a very late flight back and we have been allowed to stay in our room until 8 p.m. with no extra costs! Breakfast is great. Location is in the middle of the city bowl. The rooms are excellent, the bathroom the best concerning design and functionality.

I had a wonderful stay at this lovely hotel located in an attractive part of the city with many restaurants, and close to shopping areas. The workers at the hotel were friendly and helpful. I will stay again here next time I come back to Cape Town.

The staff of this hotel are its biggest asset, friend, courteous, polite and very helpful, they should be commended by the owner. I have stayed in many hotels around the world but rarely do you ever get the treatment as you do at this hotel. I would also be amiss if I did not mention the breakfasts, they were so fresh, and the cooked breakfast, hot and so tasty, we would definitely stay again.

Wonderful!
This is such a wonderful hotel!. A true home away from home. It was my first trip to Cape Town , as a solo traveler, naturally I was apprehensive but at Cape Heritage Hotel, I felt like I was staying with my family. The property itself is a beautiful historical building, well preserved but also renovated to provide modern comforts. From the front desk staff to the house keepers, everyone made sure I had a very comfortable stay. Special shout out to Ndombi who cleaned my room daily, supplies always fully stocked. The concierge kindly provided great recommendations when I was looking for particular items/gifts to buy. The manager always made sure I had what I needed. Overall their professionalism and warmth was simply amazing. I have stayed in many hotels around the world, including the 5 stars ones but Cape Heritage was by leaps and bounds the best!. The rooms are of good size and very clean, the bathrooms immaculate (which is something I am particular about), there is even a bathtub with special soaps where I took many relaxing baths after long days of exploring Cape Town. The hotel is also centrally and conveniently located to many attractions. Great view of Table Mountain, walking distance to Long Street and Bo Kaap is a short Uber ride away. I was so impressed with this hotel and will always stay there every time I visit Cape Town

Clean, charming boutique hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms/bathrooms are huge. Mattresses are comfortable with fluffy pillows and down comforters. Breakfast, which is included and consists of a cold buffet and made-to-order hot dish, is delicious. Five min walk to Bo Kapp and 5-10 min taxi to the waterfront, beaches,Table Mountain, and Lion's Head. Pub and Mexican restaurant next to the hotel. Across street is a French bistro, Italian, and Grub & Vine, which is considered one of the best restaurants in CT. Had a mediocre lunch at pub (Jerry's). Didn't eat at others as we went to the waterfront every night. The negatives. We were there in winter, and since building is old, room was drafty and cold. The heater helped, but takes a while to heat up such a big room, and if you run it non-stop, it gets too warm. Building is only two stories, so rooms are close to the ground. Our room was in back facing a parking lot. Multiple mornings around 6, I was awakened by people talking back there. I imagine rooms over the street would be even noisier. The housekeepers also talked loudly outside our door, which woke me up two mornings. Downtown location is a little seedy, and I heard/read is unsafe to walk around at night (going across street would be fine). This is easily remedied by taking Uber everywhere. If you want a charming hotel at a reasonable price, are a sound sleeper, and don't need lots of amenities, Cape Heritage is a great place.

I really like the property and the style of the hotel and the rooms with all the natural art. The staff are absolutely amazing. Everyone was nice and checking in and checking out was very easy. I only have 1 concern and that is the lock on the door to the room does not close well. But all in all I would definitely come back again.
