We will talk to them today regarding their conduct but we wish we were made aware of the problem earlier so that we could've improved your experience. I have also spoken to nightshift to keep a closer eye on that room as well. As for the Communal Bathrooms, I will speak to reception today as they must also take responsibility to check if the bathrooms are clean. We apologise for the roaches you found in the communal kitchen. We spray repellent every 2 weeks around the hostel but still these flying roaches which are found all around Cape Town still find some way in. Which is why we also ask guests to keep the communal kitchen neat and tidy. As for the key card, we will look into what the problem could be.We really hope that you will come and visit us again soon but till then, Take care & safe travels :)
