sachliches Hotel, gepflegt, ohne großen Charme
waren dort 3 Tage zum Abschluss einer Reise rund um Kapstadt. Durch Wasserknappheit und Auflagen hinsichtlich des Wassrverbrauches hatte ich den Eindruck, dass der Pool nicht mehr im saubersten Zustand war. Ansonsten sauberes Hotel mit einem sehr guten Frühstücksbuffet. Angebot und Qualität auf sehr gutem Niveau. Sehr lebhaftes Hotel am Tag, mit vielen Check in Check out, da Crewhotel unter anderem für British Airways. Zimmer zweckmässig, sehr gute Betten, Sauberkeit sehr gut. Als Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge zur Waterfront etc. geeignet (kostenloser Shuttleservice). Einen Badeurlaub würde ich dort nicht planen.

sehr angenehmes Hotel in Strandnähe
Leider war das Fitnesstudio sehr klein und extrem kalt und der Frühstücksservice leicht langsam. Das Essen war jedoch sehr lecker frisch und gut, die Zimmer sauber und das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis sehr angemessen. Ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Standard business hotel in exclusiven Wohngegend
Wir hatten zwei ganz unproblematische nächte in dieser modernen hotelanlage. Bedienstetten immer hilfsbereit aber so sollte es bei dieser klasse sein. Auto kann gut geparkt werden, viel platz im ug. Fragen sie nach einem zimmer mit seeblick, sonst gibts nur zimmer mit blick auf lions head. Dies fanden wir weniger schoen. Zimmer sind gross aber entsprechen keine 4 sterne hotel.

Insgesamt Gut aber etwas in die Tage gekommen
Bekamen zuerst ein Zimmer das nicht der Beschreibung entsprach. Nach vielem Hin- und Her bekamen wir dann doch noch ein Zimmer, das akzeptabel war aber trotzdem Mängel aufwies. So lief z.B. im Bad der Lüfter mit lautem Geräusch 24h am Tag und ließ sich nicht abschalten. Abhilfe er wurde kurzerhand außer Betrieb genommen mit dem Effekt das künftig weder Feuchtigkeit noch Gerüche abgeleitet werden konnten. Zudem mußten jeden Tag die Schlüssel neu programmiert werden damit wir Zugang zum Zimmer bekamen. Im Gegensatz zur freundlichen und kompetenten Bedienung am Empfang und in der Hotelbar war das Personal im Frühstücksbereich lustlos, unaufmerksam und unfreundlich.

Mein Lieblingshotel in Kapstadt
tolles Frühstück. Allerdings sollte Kaffee und Tee auch auf Selbstbedienung umgestellt werden. Hotel eignet sich auch für Menschen, die sich gerne zu Fuß oder öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln bewegen. Promenade zum Joggen nur wenige Meter entfernt.

Incredible spa (literally the best massage I’ve had in my life), beautiful rooms, wonderful staff, but my favorite part was the walkable access to the beach and promenade! Great restaurants in the area as well.

This is a great hotel, definitely 4 star and possibly 5star. Superclean and well-maintained. We stayed in the Signature Ocean Suite with Balcony (bedroom with separate kitchen/sitting room and balcony overlooking the pool and ocean) which was very nice (although balcony is small, standing room only, maybe squeeze two chairs in). Great staff, great reception area with 2 decked balconies and seating, great to sit with a drink and enjoy views of the ocean. The bar & pool area, restaurant are very nice, again overlooking the ocean. Great breakfast, good wifi (passworded), area around hotel is scenic, safe, very nice walks along the ocean and cliff-side road towards Camps Bay. Hotel offers free shuttle to V&A waterfront, and Camps Bay-very useful. Also, the red Citytour bus has a stop outside the hotel- really good value tourist bus around Cape Town, great commentary, very informative. The hotel can also arrange activities such as daytrips to Cape point, Stellenbosch, shark dives, penguin colony. Nearby Regent Road has a selection of shops, supermarkets, bars and restaurants. Taxi is about 30 minutes from Airport. Uber works in South Africa, and much cheaper than UK, so journey from airport to Hotel is cheap. Airport taxis are more expensive (about 500 rand). Overall highly recommended hotel!

The hotel was clean & professional looking and all staff were very friendly. Facilities were generally top notch and the rooms were of a generous size, very clean and bed was a dream to sleep in. Breakfast buffet was great, however when eating outside you have to be very vigilant as there are birds constantly swooping around trying to steal bits of food from your plate, the hotel needs to work on that. Lastly, gym could have been bigger with a bit more equipment. Also I would just highlight the hotel felt more built for families and couples perhaps. Overall a pleasant stay.

We can certainly review the slots, we did in the past experience that guests do not always keep to their booked times. Some like to sleep in. Outstanding Cape Town Hotel Choice!
Very comfortable accommodations with a most comfortable bed. The room had a balcony with an ocean view that allowed for viewing both sunrise and sunsets. The hotel staff was very friendly and interactive as well as stellar in meeting our various needs…from restaurants, directions and arriving/departing needs. We will be back!

Wanted to treat my partner to a night away. It disappointed that the room not as advertised. The TV channels didn’t display correctly, there were no facial tissues (the box was empty). The toasters at breakfast did not work.

First night was excellent in regard to room allocated. Second night had to move room to be given one overlooking back street and windows of other properties able to see in my room so curtains kept shut. 2 rooms were included in the reservation. Due to bed mattress sagging it was necessary to remove bedding and sleep on the floor. Overheard other people complaining of their mattress among other things. Following a chicken meal in the restaurant I was then vomiting throughout the first night. Breakfast had to wait for available tables and apart from omelette every thing was cold. Felt treated excellent on arrival but then discarded once you paid. Memories I held of that hotel are now ruined.
