Main House Highlights:

The Main House features an open floor plan that fosters communal activities and enjoyment. The spacious kitchen comes fully equipped, adjoining the dining and living areas. A designated work area complete with a printer is situated off the living room. The first floor hosts two king bedrooms and a bath and a half. Ascend to the second floor to discover a visually striking bunk room with river views, alongside three additional bedrooms and another bathroom. The wraparound porch is an ideal spot for relaxing, playing yard games, or gathering around a warm fire.

Cottage Features:

Our charming Cottage serves as a cozy retreat, featuring a kitchen, dining area, and living room with an electric fireplace. It includes two bedrooms: a king with river views and a bunk room with four twins, surrounded by panoramic windows. Exclusive outdoor amenities include a dining set, grill, and fire pit. Please note that access to the cottage requires climbing stairs.

$500 security deposit held by management company prior to check out for incidentals. In the event of a guest cancellation, a $75 fee will be withheld from the refund to cover credit card processing costs, regardless of the timing of the cancellation.
