„This is definitely a good place to stay, our room was on the beach side of the property and has really a quirky type of architecture, which gives it charm. The Apartment has an uninterrupted view of the ocean and we even got to watch the Whales from the balcony.
The Apartment is huge with everything you need for a self catering holiday.
The cleaning lady was lovely and friendly and did our laundry when we arrived and everything was washed and dried in no time.
I would definitely recommend this apartment to friends and family.
It was definitely a highlight of our 2 week holiday ...

„Prettig en ruim huis, gelegen in een gewone woonwijk, dus niet op een resort. Winkels en strand op loopafstand.
Enig minpuntje is dat de verhuurders heel erg wantrouwend zijn. Je krijgt een hele lijst met "do's en don'ts" en moet overal expliciet aangeven overal aansprakelijk voor te zijn. Zelfs als je dit huis al eerder hebt gehuurd. Ook moet je een waarborgsom betalen, die je pas weken later (tegen een ongunstiger koers) terugkrijgt. We hebben al meerdere huizen in Zuid-Afrika gehuurd, maar ...

"We were the first ‘official’ guests at the Yamu Lifestyle Resort on 25 November. The complex is completely new.
The management at Yamu warned us in advance that not all the work had been completed yet. And that's how it was... The reception and main restaurant weren't quite finished and ready for business yet. But we could live with that, and we were looked after extremely well throughout our stay. Even the owner's family looked after us every day and made sure we were happy. The location is impressive and the luxury tents are of very good quality and beautifully and stylishly furnished. They blend in wonderfully with the landscape.
It will probably take a few more days until everything is finished and set up... Nevertheless, we really enjoyed our stay and if our travels take us back to this area, we will definitely stay at the Yamu Lifestyle Resort again.

"Angenehmes Hotel mit einem guten Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Der Pool war ein bißchen dürftig, nicht so groß wie auf dem Bild. Wir hatten ein rollstuhlgerechtes Zimmer mit barrierefreier Dusche. Die Dusche war sehr schmal und ohne Vorhang. Nach dem Duschen stand die ganze Dusche unter Wasser. Nicht sehr angenehm."
