This was our 2nd time enjoying this beautiful property!!! The location is convenient so just park enjoy all that the village has to offer! The host was quick to respond to a small issue we had! Our three generations family truly took full advantage of our time here!!! Can’t wait for next year!!

Modern home in a great location in Capitola. The interior was clean and well appointed. A short walk down the street into downtown and you're within reach of all that Capitola has to offer. Would definitely stay again.

Location is amazing

This house is a wonderful open concept floor plan, making it fun to hangout inside as well as out. Kitchen is large and beautiful, but the appliances are hard to use. Also for a luxury home the kitchen isn’t well stocked for cooking meals. Living room has a very large comfortable leather couch. Also two occasional chairs, tv and beautiful decor. Bedrooms are large and beds are very comfortable. Nice linens, also all are beautifully decorated. They feel very luxurious. Walk in closets in two of the bedrooms are huge! Bathrooms have heated floors, making you feel warm and cozy. We used both outside patios daily! Upper patio has bbq, and comfortable furniture. Lower patio has a fire feature that we used every night to roast marshmallows.I think this will be our go to house when visiting Capitola, which itself is as beautiful. You have only one block to walk to eat and shop. Come enjoy this luxury home yourself!

Nice place, could be better

Nice house and good location minus a few things that could be better. The house wasn’t clean, tried to work with the management but it didn’t work out. The beds are less than great, but ok for a few nights. If you want access to your car and easy parking, this isn’t the place. One other note, this is not a place for accessibility, there are plentiful stairs and heavy sliding doors inside and out. I prefer a place that a “fully stocked kitchen” is just that. Not a situation where there isn’t even a functioning coffee maker, not to mention limited kitchen supplies.

Luxury Home in Capitola

We stayed at this property on an annual trip that my husband, my family, and I attend every October. There were 8 adults and 3 children and we fit very well in this home. It was very comfortable. The large windows made the amount of light and the view awesome, the kitchen was well stocked, and the toiletries (shampoo, etc.) were top notch. It was a lovely home and I hope to stay there again.

Beautiful home

The house was perfect! We have rented a few homes in Capitola and this so far has been our favorite! We were a group of 2 young families and the house was so comfortable. The cleanliness was superior which we really appreciated especially with a tiny toddler crawling on the floor. The towels were soft and brand new, the kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. We initially thought the parking would be a challenge being that the house didn’t come with a designated spot, but we had no issues. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to return!

Family Traditions

Our family has always traveled here for generations. We now make a yearly trip introducing our grandchildren to the beach and Santa Cruz area! This was our first time at this amazing property! We loved being able to walk to the beach and restaurants! The Art/Wine festival was Ann added treat! The spacious living accommodated all 9 of us!!!

Spring Break Getaway

Unique property. Perfect for two families. Great sound system. Loved the deck. We had a number of minor issues including doors that didn't lock and major issues with the heater. We roasted every night and for the life of us couldn't figure out how to change the temperature. We ended up opening windows to sleep and that helped. Communication with the property management was not impressive.

Beautiful home in capitola

This is our second time staying at this house and the location is perfect for our family. The kids can walk down to the arcade and get something to eat, Go to the beach and it’s not too far from the house. The house is very clean and organized the appliances are a little confusing to use you have to, figure that out and the beds could be a little bit more comfier. but overall cute little perfect house in Capitola

Fantastic house in the heart of Capitola!

After a painful several years during which time both my husband and his best friend died suddenly, not to mention the pandemic, my daughter, her husband, and the wife of my late husband's best friend decided to resume our annual wine tasting weekend. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay. The house is very new and has all the bells and whistles you would imagine for a home in the land of tech. There are three full bedrooms plus a sitting room with a sofa bed. The kitchen is amazing with a full complement of tools and devices (plus an IPad). The lower floor has an exterior fire pit which was a wonderful place to hang out in the evenings. Several passers-by asked about the house and we were happy to extoll the wonders of the place. This is the most lovely house I have ever rented! I will most certainly be back!

No false advertising here..

Rarely do I rent a VRBO that is nice as it seems in the advertisement. This is not the case with this property. It was very clean, was in a great location, tastefully decorated, nice linens/towels, good toilet paper, and fully stocked. I had a 15th bday weekend for my daughter and the house was perfect for them to walk and explore the town and the room set ups with the bunk bed and 3 bedrooms downstairs and one up was perfect for our group. I highly reccomend this property.

Gorgeous new designer home in great location

We had a group of friends rent this property and we loved the location, all the amenities of this beautiful new home. We had problems with the noise sensors but the management was helpful in addressing the issue. Everything was just as advertised.

Really great property

Fantastic location, house was set up well and clean. Nice modern amenities (induction range!)- cannot overstate the ease of location. If it’s busy in Capitola you might have challenges with parking- but the mode thing is around 9pm, you can easily find a spot right in front of the house. Overall, highly recommended!

Beautiful gem in the middle of everything

We rented this property for a trip with my sister, nephew and our kids. This place was truly fabulous! Parent and teen approved! The decor was so cool, even people on the street stopped to say they loved “our” house. Towels, extra towels for hot tub, nice linens, soaps, lotion, and everything else you could need. The older kids loved exploring the town and we could walk our little one easily to the beach. Parking was a slight issue for us as we had loaded our large Transit van, but we never were without a space. Can’t think of a single issue, and we hope to return in the future.

This home is spectacular on every level. I hired a private chef to come prepare a birthday dinner which was off the charts. So much nicer than any restaurant when served in this wonderfully appointed home.

Fun in Capitola

We returned to Capitola for the first time in 4 years! This house was beautiful and a great location. The bedrooms and bathrooms worked great for our family (6 adults and 2 teens). The hot tub was a nice bonus as the weather was cooler than normal in Capitola during our stay. The kitchen was stocked with the pots & pans we needed to cook a few meals. (could have used brief instructions for the cooktop). We enjoyed food and drinks at Pizza My Heart, Zelda's, Margaritaville, The Cookhouse, Mr. Toot's Coffee, and Left Coast Sausage Worx! The house was decorated nicely. The outdoor firepit was nice to sit around in the evening. Since we did not spend much time on the beach we did not miss the normal supply of beach chairs. I think having beach chairs & a few blankets available for guests would be helpful. We look forward to the next time we can book this house in Capitola!
