This apartment features a large, fully equipped terrace with sea view over the Gulf of Lacona, its most distinctive and appreciated feature. The quiet and panoramic location allows guests to reach the beaches of Lacona, Margidore, and many other beaches along Elba’s southern coast in just a few minutes, as well as the main towns and services in the area. The surroundings are also ideal for scenic walks and cycling excursions
The apartment
With an independent entrance, it is located on the first floor of a typical Elban farmhouse and can accommodate up to 6 people. The interiors are spacious, bright, and well laid out: a large living room with kitchenette and double pull-out sofa bed, two bedrooms (one double and one twin), and a modern bathroom with shower box
For added convenience, there is also a second service bathroom (sink and toilet) at the top of the entrance staircase. On the ground floor, guests can use a built-in masonry barbecue, ideal for outdoor evenings with a view over the gulf

Check In: from 4:00 pm to 7:00 pm. A representative will meet guests on site
Office hours: 09.00 - 13.00 and 16.00 - 19.00

Important Notes
Linen not included: you may use your own by bringing it from home or request rental at a cost of Euro 20 per person, with at least 24 hours’ notice. Collection and return take place at the agency, unless otherwise agreed
Children up to 2 years: cot not provided. No supplement if using your own cot or sleeping in the parents’ bed
Included services: all utilities (electricity, water, gas), wi-fi, air conditioning, washing machine, and a private parking space;
Pets are welcome on request. A €45 per stay fee applies to allow for extra cleaning.
