„There are so many things to recommend this hotel. The hotel itself is stunning; the room was so lovely, comfortable, and had a gorgeous view ; the location, away from the centre of town, is amazing - directly on a path which will lead you up to a wonderful hike; beautiful dining room with wonderful food and staff. The location and the views at the hotel cannot be beat. But most of all, the staff is absolutely terrific. They are all friendly, personable, and so so helpful . Paola, Andrea, and ...

„Alles bestens, netter Empfang, sehr gute Lage “

„Es befand sich in unserer modernen Ferienwohnung ein Bad mit Dusche, Badewanne und 2 Toiletten, sowie ein Geschirrspüler und alles, was man sich in einer Ferienküche wünscht. Insgesamt positiv anzumerken war auch der Zimmerservice und die allgemeine Sauberkeit. Man konnte den Spa Bereich privat je eine Stunde für das Zimmer reservieren. Das Personal war allgemein sehr freundlich :-)“

„Awsome view“

„I had an amazing stay at Hotel de Len. The staff were incredibly friendly, polite, and attentive — they truly went above and beyond to make sure I felt taken care of at all times. The spa on the 6th floor was absolutely outstanding. The atmosphere, the design, and the overall experience were exceptional and perfect for relaxing after hiking. Highly recommended.“

However, the front desk manager handled the situation exceptionally well. He immediately offered us a different room at no extra charge. The new room was larger, in a much better ...

„Beautiful property just outside of Brunico in a country side. We booked the "smallest" room (per host) but it was still huge for two people. Breakfast was outstanding. The staff extremely helpful. Convenient garage on the property. But it was a bit pricey, which was expected.“

„Great hotel. As expected“

„Traveled with a family of 2 Young kids. The apartment is brand new, nicely designed, large with 2 separate bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Located in the center. Comfortable garage in the basement. Got a free pass to the hosting hotel swimming pool and spa! Perfect stay.“
