The expanded, nearly 2,400-square-foot floor plan was thoughtfully redesigned to capture natural light and Gulf views, creating open, airy gathering spaces that are perfect for families and friends to spread out and unwind. This four-bedroom home accommodates up to six guests and is the ultimate luxury beach getaway.

On the main level, an open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly to a screened lanai and outdoor deck, giving you multiple options for morning coffee, afternoon lounging, or sunset cocktails with a backdrop of swaying palms and sea breezes. The well-equipped kitchen features top notch, chef, appliances and generous counter space, making it easy to prepare everything from casual beach snacks to full family dinners after a day in the sun. You'll also enjoy the main level’s built-in bar off from the living room, creating a polished entertaining zone for happy hours, pre-dinner cocktails, or chilled rosé after the beach. *While Beach Home 24 is located within the gates of South Seas Island Resort, this Beach Home is managed outside of the resort. That means you won't have to pay a resort fee! While you won't get full resort amenities including, but not limited, to: Golf course, South Seas Restaurants, water park, beach cabanas or main resort pool, you WILL have access to the Beach Home amenities including the shared heated pool, tennis courts, propane BBQ grills, marina access (with additional fee), and award-winning Captiva Island beaches! There is also beach equipment provided inside this specific home.
