« Nails are protruding above decking and a safety hazard. The slider needs a new lock and currently not secure. The dish washer quit working. And, we had demolition next door with loud construction equipment and the smell of diesel exhaust. Considering the cost, we were quite disappointed. We enjoyed ourselves when we were not at the property. »

« Unit was beautifully decorated. Amazing views of the gulf. Prime location on Captiva Island. I’ve been vacationing in Captiva for over 40 years and have stayed all over the island. The beach cottages at South Seas are gems and this one is by far the nicest one I’ve stayed at. »

« This place was perfect for me and my family. The kids could run around outside catching lizards and other critters, while my husband and I could supervise from the screened in porch. The house was very clean, although the blinds need to be replaced, a few are broken. The washer isn’t the best for big loads, since it gets off balance very easy. It has a private outdoor shower too, which the kids loved to use. Overall, perfect place for us! Would love to stay here again. »

"Emplacement idyllique, équipement parfait et petit déjeuner top dans le restaurant juste à coté. Malheureusement le check in a été compliqué avec notamment malgré une carte handicapé, l'impossibilité d'avoir une place associée au pied de l'immeuble sachant que les place étaient vacantes toute la journée ainsi que le soir (photos). Le check out "sauve" les 3 étoiles sinon 1 seule aurait été bien servie."
