„Great property and the host was quick to communicate and accommodate our needs. There was an issue with Vrbo not sending us the check-info but the host followed up quickly. Only issue was previous people had left a lot of trash. Outside trash cans completely full and it created an unpleasant odor outside by the pool. But again host accommodated us and would rent from them again.“

„We had a wonderful trip and enjoyed this spacious home. The pool and backyard area were great and where we spent a lot of our time. Home was very clean. The kitchen is huge and really allows multiple people to be there and not crowd each other. It was about a 20-25 minute drive from Ft Myers. Grocery store right down the street. Great place for a large group.“

The house has EVERYTHING, from a welcome basket with plenty of snacks, water in the fridge, towels, mixer, plenty of pots and pans, toys, games, silverware,…! The house was spotless and the owner is the most attentive and nicest person! We loved our stay. “

„Das Haus war in perfekter Umgebung nicht weit zum Strand! Ausstattung perfekt, auch das wir dort Wäsche waschen konnten und danach in den Trockner machen konnten war perfekt. Sauber und gepflegt mit tollem Balkon und Terrasse und Außenanlagen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wollten gar nicht mehr weg! “

„I am older the listing should indicate that all bedrooms are up 13 or 24 stairs and so is the only full bathroom . when I first read about the place it had 2 full baths then it changed to 1 and 1/2 baths the contract indicates a pool their is no pool the kitchen was barely supplied I purchased a set of measuring cups and left them , threr was no pitcher for Ice tea and the TV service was terrible“

„We enjoyed the stay very much. The house is very well equipped, clean and a maximum 5 minute walk from the very beautiful Periwinkle Beach. We can recommend Lighthouse Beach for sunrise and Bowmans Beach for sunset.“

„No shops semi detach house other side also vacation rental not disclosed outside no yard maintenance in the month we were there just weeds no code for garage minimal linens and kitchen suppliers no cleaning tools like broom vacuum or mop and pail. Poor condition of pots not keeping up inventory on cutlery and other items only one couch but says 6 can sleep there but no where to sit no chai’s no table judy wobbly bar stools at kitchen counter this place not set up for longer term rentals listing ...
