« House was great! We had an intimate gathering of some friends before a wedding and we loved the house and location. You’re just steps away from Cardiff and a short ride from Encinitas. The house had plenty of room to sleep and we utilized the grill and the kitchen. If I needed to stay in Cardiff again, would happily set up here again! »

« This vintage trailer was just perfect! Lovely setting and the patio area was a wonderful place to just sit and enjoy the scenery. Usually, a concern about trailers is the bathroom situation, but this one had a well-equipped bath house adjacent to the trailer. Felt like being in a spa. The owner and manager were so friendly and responsive to our questions. We definitely plan to stay here again. »

« There is one word to describe our visit at this Casita, enchanting! Now that is not a word usually associated with staying in a studio setting, and the more we describe our experience, I know you'll find yourself wondering if we're family members of the hosts, but I assure you we are not. « Overall our stay was great!! The studio was very clean and had everything we could possibly need. Communication with Eric was good. He was very quick to respond and helped us out by accommodating an early check in. Its clear he cares about his guests very much. Our only disappointment was that the listing said it was a 10min walk to the beach. However it is not. It's a 10min drive. We were very much hoping for something closer and walkable. « First, our host, June, was excellent and accommodating. Communication was easy; she made accessing the property and entering the home a breeze. As for the house itself, it is newer, well-designed, and ideally suited for our family of five. « I cannot say enough good things about our stay! The house itself was relaxing, set up so well, well decorated but not over the top. Paul and Erika had everything set up perfectly for our comfort. They could obviously foresee our needs and exceeded them! The neighborhood felt very safe. The listing says "dog friendly" but there was no dog smell/hair- it was super clean. They had plenty of books and toys to keep our little ones busy so we could unwind. The backyard was lovely and so great to have...

« It is a beautiful property and the views are stunning. Even though it’s perched on top of the hill, it is surprisingly close to wineries and dining. You rent the ground floor of the house and it has a bar, small refrigerator and coffee machine. Pretty much everything you need for a short and enjoyable stay. »
