« Room was small and in poor condition, paint peeling off the walls, half a toilet roll left, room was not serviced on our 2nd night so no replacement coffee etc or clean towels. Breakfast was disappointing, fruit bowl was kiwi or apple, no gluten free options on display, no spoons for coffee, 1 plate available, messy sides and generally looked shabby, weekend staff were oblivious to the need to replenish. Had to walk to pub to get anything needed, we had to ask for another loo roll! Light...

« My overall assessment on the stay would rate it no more than a three star. There are some minor maintenance issues that need to be looked into. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. Food was very good and the full English was excellent. The idea of filling out what you wanted for breakfast the previous day was not really how I would like it as this might change, I would prefer to decide on the day. Conclusion: The accommodation was a little tired and in need of a spruce up. »

« This was the very best hotel and staff. The room was lovely. Staff were friendly, and they couldn't do enough for you. They would do anything in their power to make your stay a pleasurable experience. I would strongly recommend the stay, with the Marina literally two minutes away, and the town center a 10 minute walk away. My only problem was the food. « Beau au premier abord, mais dans le détail ce n'est pas terrible. Le ménage complètement laisse à désirer, le mur et le plafond au dessus du lit est couvert de poussière avec des toiles qui pendent. Il n'y a pas de boîte de mouchoirs, pas de frigo, une toute petite étagère dans la salle de bain, rien pour poser les valises. Le lit est inconfortable, il faut trouver une place entre les ressorts ! No staff or coffee at breakfast, I ended up speaking to one of the cleaners to get coffee made. New house manager needed I think! »
