Located in the picturesque village of Wetheral the spacious home from home is equipped with everything needed whether you are enjoying a family holiday, a group of friends looking for a central base to meet up when travelling from different corners of the UK or you are working in the area. From the lounge, garden and master bedroom there is a stunning view over fields to the church, River Eden and Corby Castle beyond. Watch the ever changing colour of the seasons from one of the garden patios or linger at sunset to watch the sun cast a golden glow over the trees beyond the river. This is where time slows down, you reconnect with family and friends and you recharge your batteries.

The spacious home is approached over a path to a front forecourt. The lounge has comfy seating around a decorative fire and smart TV, with breathtaking views over the garden towards the River Eden. Equipped with everything needed to rustle up a family feast the dining kitchen has a Range cooker with gas hob and electric oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave. Linger after dinner with a glass of wine or enjoy family games from the selection provided whilst being kept warm and toasty from the Jack and Jill wood burning stove. There is a handy utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. To the first floor there are 4 bedrooms each promising a restful nights sleep. The master bedroom has a king size bed and window seats to admire the view towards the river and en-suite shower room. There is a double, twin and children's bunk bedroom all with views over the garden. The family bathroom has a corner bath and separate shower cubicle.

All gas, electric, bed linen, towels and basket of logs included (more logs can be purchased locally). Cot and highchair available. 2 well behaved dogs welcome. There is a fully enclosed sunny garden with patio areas with garden furniture positioned to admire the view, perfect for al fresco dining or lazy days. Private parking for 2 cars.
