„Front desk lady was very nice at check in. Location was great. However the area wasnt the best. Right behind hotel is a gas station. I believe people living out of cars. There was a run down rv parked under my window. Dog barking constantly. I thought it was in hotel. Called 3 times anout it. 2nd phone call front desk man maybe a little snippy said he made rounds after first call couldnt find anything. He seemed irritated that I was complaining. I explained I had to get up early and ...

„Freezing pool, dirty towels, no real blinds so flood lights were blinding, no drain stoppers, flickering lights, super small trash cans, smells like cigarettes and wet dog, and stains on the comforter. The only decent thing was the main staff guy and the breakfast was alright. The orange juice and apple juice were out of order one of the days and the hot water for tea barely came out. I would not stay there again even if I was bribed.“

„We have stayed here multiple times due to the proximity to downtown Franklin. It is a nice, new hotel which is very clean and quiet. We love the Tru brand for it's modern, well-thought-out rooms that have everything you need in a perfect layout. We especially love the lobby where there is plenty of space to work, socialize, or play games. The breakfast is very good, and the staff are always very helpful. “

„Our room was clean and larger than expected. There were any double queen rooms left, but the king with the tocca bed worked perfectly for our family of four! Breakfast had lots of options and staff did a wonderful job of making sure everything was stocked as it was a very busy due to kids sporting event that must have been going on. Great location as well!“
