„Super clean. All furniture very comfy. I love showers. You don’t understand. You may think you love showers, but I LOVE showers. It’s an older home/bathroom so you have to expect some compromises. The shower head was at about 5’7”. I’m 5’7”, so I didn’t mind, but if you’re a 6’ tall guy you may have some issues. BUT, the water had a crisp clean smell, yes water smells. Some good. „The house was very clean and as pictured. Mike was very helpful and friendly in pointing out things to know for our stay. Beds were comfortable (seemed new) and were Temperpedic/memory foam material- which we love. Kitchen is nice, large and a great place to gather. Easy access to downtown Frankenmuth. Would definitely stay again if we return.“

„My family stayed here for our son’s fishing tournament at Saginaw Bay. Great place convenient to several boat ramps. Nice, quiet area but still very close to downtown Bay City. Had access to garage space, which was a pleasant surprise. My boys were able to stay dry while rigging poles when rain passed through the night before the tournament. Thanks again for allowing us to stay!“

„We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Residenz. The location was ideal. Everything was so close by. The Bavarian Inn staff was very responsive to our needs. The home was beautiful and had all the pots, pans and silverware we needed. There was a great fire pit outdoors and a fun climbing swingset perfect for younger kiddos. Bedding and towels were included. There was plenty of room for our extended family. We could not have had better accommodations.“
