As you enter the door, you are welcomed by the spacious open concept living area. The living room allows for the entire group to relax while watching their favorite streaming channels. The kitchen and dining room flow from the living room. The large kitchen has all of the latest upfits including a massive island. The island comfortably fits three guests while the dining room table seats six. Off of the dining room is a slider that leads into the shared backyard space. The space has palm trees and is beautifully landscaped, the perfect area for yard games! There is also an outdoor shower for rinsing off all the sand from your trips to the beach.

On either side of the main living area, there are two bedrooms with Queen beds and two ensuites with full bathrooms. All bedrooms have televisions to allow guests private time to watch their personal, favorite shows. Each ensuite has a single vanity, toilet, and beautifully tiled shower. The property also has a half bathroom and a laundry room for your convenience.

While vacationing in Carolina Beach, be sure to check out the Boardwalk area, where you will find shops, restaurants and the summer activities such as fireworks, carnival rides and live music. Parking: Parking for four cars. Parking for the unit will be at the parking pad directly in front of the unit. The parking area on the left side of the property is for the owner’s use and upper level.
Pet Policy: No pets allowed
Prohibited: Pets, Smoking, RV’s, Boats, Boat Trailers, Charging Golf Carts, Mail and Packages are not able to be sent to the rental.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund within 24 hours of booking, cancellations at 31+ days before check-in will receive a full refund after a $350 cancellation fee is deducted, cancellations at 15-30 days before check-in will receive a 50% refund of monies paid less a $350 cancellation fee and less than 15 days prior to arrival is not subject to a refund.  All policies are subject to possible additional refund based on re-rental, excluding non-refundable cancellation fees and travel insurance (if applicable).
