The hosts were super responsive - even on a Thanksgiving week! The house is a great location - off the main road but a block from beach and boardwalk access. It is just a few blocks to a park, the pier, and the restaurants. It is a spacious place, open lay out. We had 8 adults and 2 kids and we never felt on top of each other. This is our second stay at the property and it was great.

Perfect beach house

The property was lovely, exactly as described in the listing. Really spacious rooms with plenty of common areas. Kitchen was large and well stocked, made it easy to cook big family dinners. The neighborhood is great, walk to the beach in a couple of minutes. Property managers are very communicative, made checking in and out very easy. Would happily stay there again!

This was a very nice place!! All of my family enjoyed staying at this house. It was a few steps to the beach front. Restaurants were close by as well as the fishing piers. We enjoyed shopping at the gift shops. We shopped until we felt like dropping for sure ! It was an experience we will remember always. We can't wait to return to this PeaceofParadise!!

This is an excellent place to stay in Kure Beach. It is very clean, spacious, well-appointed with all basic amenities and the communication from the owner is spot on! The layout with bedrooms on multiple floors is perfect for large families who need their own space while also having a large area for being together. You can see the ocean from the 3rd floor where the kitchen and living area are which is a plus for those who want a water view. The elevator is a great enhancement for those who have issues with steps or just for convenience with loading and unloading. This location is also close to the pier and an access to the beach. Dog-friendly is another perk to this property if you are traveling with your fur baby and, as mentioned above, cleanliness is not an issue here as it is with some pet-accepting rentals...it is clean and well-maintained. We rented a golf car during our stay and I would definitely recommend that as it makes traveling to nearby points of interest quick and easy. I can highly recommend this property and would not hesitate to stay again.

Great place 2 blocks from the beach

Very nice house, well kept. Several remotes had dead batteries, could have used extra blankets, only thin comforter on each bed and no extras.

Perfect family beach trip

Our family had a fantastic time staying here! There was plenty of room for our multigenerational family to gather and socialize while also offering everyone privacy when needed. Perfect location super close to beach entrance. We would have loved if there was a privacy enclosure for the outdoor shower to be able to thoroughly rinse sand before entering the house but the setup with the clothes lines was convenient and useful. We would love to return next summer!

Thanksgiving at Kure Beach

This was a second Thanksgiving at Kure Beach with the entire family. It was really nice to have an elevator to carry all of the food and bags up to each floor. The bonus was the ping pong table that we used all weekend in between watching football and eating. The layout of the house was also a bonus as it provided a little privacy and extra for each family.

Great house and location

My family rented this house for 4 adults and 3 small kids. It was a great layout for us and the house was very clean when we arrived! Communication with itrip was very easy and thorough. And the beach access and boardwalk were super close, with a view from the house. There are just a few things to mention that account for the overall 4 star review. The dishes in the cabinet were not clean when we pulled them out - we had to hand wash everything before using. I am guessing the dishwasher was malfunctioning but can’t say for sure, we didn’t have that issue during our stay. Also, looking back I could have figured this out from the photos, but the house is NOT 5 bedrooms. The fifth bedroom was the open basement and one blind was broken off the door. It wasn’t a quiet or private space, so we didn’t utilize it. Instead we put our baby in the giant closet off the second level master, which is great for babies, but I was expecting an actual 5th bedroom. That could be reworded. We had issues getting the main tv to work but didn’t want to watch it much anyway. I know iTrip would have fixed this, but we didn’t want to bother since it wasn’t a priority for us. Finally, the elevator stopped working after we used it one time. This wouldn’t have been concerning for us, except for the fear of fines. I’ve stayed at many rental houses and never been threatened to be fined so much by the instructions. I understand and respect the intent to keep things in good working order, but as someone with young kids it made me extra neurotic not to let them hurt anything. It’s a house and things happen. Overall it was a good experience and we enjoyed the house, except for those few things.

Great family vacation!

Perfect distance from the beach, it’s about a 2 minute walk. You can see the water from the top floor! The amenities the property provides are everything you need. Beds are comfortable and plenty of places for entertainment!

Great family getaway

First family vacation with the entire family. Loved the close walking distance to the beach. Having the pier close was great as well. Short drive to great food and shopping. While there we even took some senior pictures on the beach. Only downside was the pullout bed on the bottom floor was very thin and uncomfortable for sleeping so nobody used that. All in all we were extremely satisfied and look forward to returning to the area.

A great week at Kure!

The property was exactly as described., very clean with easy access to the beach. The floorplan is open and uncluttered and the oak flooring is impressive. Our family was very comfortable here.

Perfect Location

This rental is absolutely perfect! We had friends and our family with us and everyone enjoyed. It is an easy walk to the beach, but you still can see the ocean from the house. It was stocked with everything you need for a long weekend or a week. Centrally located to restaurants, beaches and fun activities for the whole family. The managing company went above and beyond to make sure I could get oxygen delivered at the time the company could deliver. I can't say enough wonderful things about this rental!

Loved the porches!

The house was as described in the listing. However, it's much better in person! We put the beach wagon & chairs to good use. We only used the elevator on check in & check out days. It was very handy! The stairs weren't that bad but with all the food and luggage it would've been no fun. The second floor Primary bedroom had a HUGE closet and shower. The King bed was also very comfortable! Bedding and linens were of good quality. I brought pillows, towels and blankets just in case but didn"t need them. The TV was an added bonus but I really didn't spend that much time in the room to use it. The room with the bunk beds and futon were enjoyed by the kids. The porch on the 2nd floor was nice with the rocking chairs to sit on when it was raining. Very quiet street, lots of houses around and still quiet. The laundry machine was helpful to wash beach towels and I went home with clean laundry which was a plus. The top floor is where we spent the most time. It felt very comfortable, like home. The Primary bedroom and bathroom had no complaints. I didn't sleep in there or go in there so I can't write a fair review. That bathroom is the only one on that floor. I would always go downstairs to mine but it is good to know for planning. The kitchen is huge! We made spaghetti and tacos during our stay. There is ample seating at a formal dining table, a high bistro table (with a nice view of the ocean) and at the kitchen counter (on high stools.) The couches are so comfortable with lots of pillows. Side tables and coffee tables made for easy snack and drink spots while relaxing on the couch. The top floor porch was my favorite. I liked the high chairs to sit and listen to the ocean. I also appreciated the ceiling fans! You will surely enjoy this location as we did!
