Upstairs, open-plan living, dining, and kitchen spaces flow together against a backdrop of panoramic coastal views. Sink into the lounge with the ocean stretching beyond the windows, gather around the eight-seater dining table for lingering meals, or spend hours on the generous balcony where the BBQ and alfresco dining setting create the perfect place for long lunches and sunset dinners overlooking the water. The well-equipped kitchen includes a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, cookware, and everything needed to prepare meals with ease.

The upstairs primary bedroom offers a king bed and peaceful hillside outlooks, creating a quiet retreat after days spent by the sea. Downstairs, the second bedroom features a queen bed, while the third bedroom includes two single beds, making the layout ideal for families or friends travelling together. The upstairs bathroom includes both a shower and bathtub, while the downstairs bathroom features a shower, vanity, laundry facilities, and direct outdoor access. An outdoor shower provides another convenient place to rinse away the sand after a swim.

An open, unfenced backyard offers extra space to enjoy the fresh coastal air before wandering across to the beach. Designed for year-round stays, the home offers split-system heating and air conditioning in both living areas, plus a wood-burning fireplace upstairs for cooler evenings. Wi-Fi, books, board games, and driveway parking for one vehicle add everyday convenience. Please note that the garage is not available for guest use.
