« Air conditioner did not work correctly and we sweated all night. Wall paper coming off in the bathroom. Beds were so high that you had to crawl into them. Too high to even sit on. One chair in the room required one to sit on the bed. The pool had not been filled. Breakfast was poor. Never again. »

« Tiny TV, washer and dryer did not work on my floor, breakfast options were nonexistent. Maid service was nice. Carpet needed cleaning badly. Will not stay here again. Bedbugs were reported by some guests. Shower floor was not clean and shower curtain was moldy. »

« The staff were friendly and welcoming upon arrival to the hotel. I travel for work and seeing a smiling face, ready to help you relax was very much appreciated. It was the room itself that was the issue for me. It was apparent that the cleaning staff decided that only partial services were warranted for my stay. 1. The hardwood laminate was nasty. It felt slick and appeared to not have been swept before my arrival. 2. The walls had 'stuff' stuck to them. It was like food stuffs were...

« The location is ideal. Safe area and accessible. However, the hotel is not well maintained, looks dirty and the customer service is less from ideal. »

« I rated the amenities a 3 only because I was trying to be fair. We did not stay here long. We left within an hour of getting there. I should have known what kind of place this was when I got to the elevator and the metal where the up and down buttons are was pulled away from the wall. We got to the room, and we had our doubts. I went to air conditioner to put some air on in the room, and that was a HUGE mistake. To this day, I don't know what blew threw those vents but it was nasty. Next thing...

« I liked that it was convenient to highway and in Cary. Safe area. Didn’t like that I had to keep asking for washcloths. It was a 2 person room and they only left one in the room. The 3rd night when I asked for some, once again, I was told they didn’t have any and didn’t have hand towels either. I was told to come back in the morning to check and see if they had clean ones. My question was, what was i supposed to use that evening? They didn’t seem concerned. »
